The space
Traveling with a large group is a breeze at the Coastal Retreat, a vibrant getaway just 2 miles from the sun-kissed shores of Indian Rocks Beach. Ideally located, you’ll be minutes from a variety of restaurants, stores, and charming local businesses. Guests can stroll to neighborhood favorites like Juice Habit, serving refreshing smoothies and the best acai bowls, or Haus Coffee Shop, a cozy café by day and wine bar by night. Largo, the home city, boasts more parks than any other in the Tampa Bay area, offering endless opportunities for outdoor fun and community-led activities.

But the best part? You don’t even have to leave the house to create lasting memories!

This spacious retreat is designed for comfort and fun. With four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, you’ll find hotel-quality bedding, ceiling fans, and Roku TVs for ultimate relaxation. The large living room invites everyone to gather with its plush sectional and three oversized bean bag chairs, perfect for movie nights or casual conversations.

Step into the newly finished backyard and immerse yourself in paradise. The heated saltwater pool features a tranquil fountain, sundeck, and playful bubbler, while the 8-person hot tub promises luxurious relaxation. Multiple seating areas, from sun loungers to a fire table, a dining table, and bar stools, ensure there’s room for everyone. Sleeping arrangements are as versatile as the amenities:

Bedroom 1: King bed with attached bathroom and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and full bed with an ensuite featuring a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, twin daybed, and a twin trundle bed.
Bedroom 4: Two queen beds on the second floor.
The fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep for a large group simple, featuring a range of small appliances like a toaster, air fryer, crockpot, hot water kettle, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. Essentials like beach gear, towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), and a few snacks are provided, so you can start your vacation stress-free.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a locked shed and closet. The property includes 2 story home, laundry room, garage game room and fenced backyard with pool & hot tub.

Other things to note
This is a 2 story home with 1 bedroom (2 queen beds) located upstairs and 3 steps down into the backyard. Living room fireplace is for decoration only.

There is a fee of $35 per day to heat the pool. It must be heated for all or none of stay.

There is no ac in game room. It is the garage propane for grill is guest responsibility. We provide a starter pack of supplies. There are cameras recording the entire exterior of home including pool area. They record voice and audio at all times and are strictly for liability purposes.
