This was our second time staying here and it's everything you would hope for the room is a apartment basically has everything you need really really nice the view is fantastic right on the water if you get tired of the beach they have two pools and a hot tub .the facility has a little store and a bar restaurant get the tacos they are great I really can't say enough about this place we love it and will be back next year the property team checks in on you by text to make sure everything is great it always is

Our SunDestin VRBO unit was exactly as pictured online, with comfortable and stylish furniture, excellent bedroom and bathroom space, and a beautiful view of the white sand and Gulf of Mexico. Our communication with the host was stellar and we got immediate assistance from Lisa S. on a small question we had. We would stay in this property over and over again. Oh, and the AC system was superb, kept us quite comfortable. A rental!

Everything was perfect! The condo had an excellent ocean view, beach access was very quick and everything was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely be back.

Overall great stay! Very convenient for eating out and doing activities with family! Great beach! Thank you for a great stay! Floor was sandy upon arrival but I swept it up with a broom! Thank you!

Great location, there is ongoing construction at this property and it was loud, impossible to nap during the day. The heat pump for the ac was on the balcony and is not in any pics or mentioned. The unit was clean, but is old and smelled musky.

The listing is 5 stars!!!? No the only 5 star about this property was the view and the easy access to the beach. We are a big family of 5 and we were not 100% comfortable staying here due to the lack of bed space my 12 yr old had to sleep w us and my 17 yrs old slept on the couch n barely fit n complained about how uncomfortable it was n his back was hurting. Space wise sure not bad if yall spreading in the condo but all in one room not happening. The smell was so strong n musty is grossed me out had to go purchase air fresheners to help w smell. Yes the construction was awful although we were warned it was still unbearable, No need to set alarms you can just wait for the workers to start working. There's no housekeeping so bring extra towels bc they only provide exactly 5, having to shower multiple times a day bc we were in the pool or beach n would come up to shower n having to dry w soaked towels just sucked. Bring extra blankets bc their thin bed sheets didnt help when it got cold at night. Everything in this place just felt old n outdated including the patio furniture like if you touched anything ud break it, we just tried to do minimum indoors bc I refused to pay out of pocket for any damages. This whole " resort" needs to be renovated. If i knew then what i know now id definitely pick other locations that looked nice n more dated. As our first time goers we learned alot n we will not be staying here again especially not for the price was not worth it nope sorryyy...

I was not pleased with construction also air-conditioned unit being on balcony was let down. The elevators was dirty and the hall way as soon as you get off the elevators was dirty. Those things i was mot expecting for money i paid.
