The unit was clean, well appointed and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The property was also clean, well maintained and secure. Our host was readily available and responsive to our questions, both during the trip as well as during the pre-trip period.

Perfect Family Spot

We love Sugar Beach. We’ve stayed at several condos there. This one was the best especially for a family and small children. Everything you need and more. Clean, spacious, and great location.

The condo itself has a great location and could be a really nice place to stay, but unfortunately the cleanliness and overall condition were disappointing. It did not feel like the condo had been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. There was noticeable dust and general buildup in several areas, and some things did not feel as clean as we would expect from a vacation rental.There were also quite a few small maintenance issues throughout the condo that appear to have been neglected and could use attention. None of them individually were a major problem, but together they made the property feel poorly maintained.Overall, the condo has a lot of potential, but it would benefit from a thorough deep cleaning and some general maintenance/upkeep. We expected the property to be in better condition based on the listing.

It was a great house. Pretty close to the beach. We were 9 of us in our party including two kids below 12. We had enough room for all of us. The house was very clean.
