The host was very responsive and the house was very clean. Family consensus was that the beds are noisy and not very comfy. Kitchen could use some oven ware, oven mitts, etc.

Dressers in the bedrooms need to be updated, a few light switches need to be replaced, cheap kitchen cooking skillets, light on the front entrance didn’t work, you are definitely paying for the ocean view and beach access.

We had the best time here- what an absolutely beautiful view we had! Great communication and good location. The beach was amazing! We missed a few things like a baking sheet,extra kitchen towels and a few other small things but we certainly were fine and made due. We’d absolutely come back again!!

This townhome was clean and maintained. We enjoyed our stay and are repeat renters. There was plenty of room to accommodate our family. Having four and half baths was a plus! There are a lot of stairs! The bedrooms are located on the second and third floors. The parking situation is tight especially if you drive a large vehicle. There are two spaces assigned to you. However, there are paid parking lots close by. The view is great! Down one flight of stairs and your toes are in the sand. Just down the board walk and you are at the pool. The location is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The donut shop is just down the road. The rental company was easy to work with and communicated well. There were only a few things that were a bit inconvenient but didn't hinder our stay. The kitchen could use a restock or reset on some of the cooking utensils and baking pans. There are no baking dishes available. We bought throw away baking pans to use. There is a white couch that had just been cleaned. I covered it with sheets to protect it during our visit because our grandchildren were traveling with us. Previous renters left their beach stuff under the deck in a pile. I contacted the rental company, and they offered to come and clean it up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again!

This property was just like the pictures! Location location location! Being able to walk right out to the beach was amazing. Added bonus was the super easy check out process, unlike some other rentals. Communication with Blue Swell was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to booking again.
