The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked securely. Leave the garage remote on top of the kitchen countertop. If unplugged, please plug the cameras back in.
Place the house key inside the lockbox located in the garage. Exit through the garage. Please send me a quick message once you’ve left so I can close the garage door remotely.

The host (Nancy) was very responsive to questions. Disappointed in the following areas: ---Kitchen pans and utensils very inadequate for a 4 bedroom VRBO. ---Lacked appropriate garbage cans. Only one very small indoor garbage can under the sink. No recycle can even though they had a recycle bin. ---Minimal bathroom amenities. ---Limited table and chairs for 4 bedroom VRBO. ---No outdoor chairs at all. ---No hangers even though a nice walk in closet off master bedroom. ---No instructions on how to operate the TV. (we figured it out and ran to store to buy TV antenna).The house itself was nice so if someone would give the details a little attention it would have been a much more enjoyable experience.Regards,jh
