This place is spacious! The pictures don't do it justice. The back bedroom overlooking the lake was my favorite. We watched the sunrise come up over the lake and then had breakfast in the well equipped kitchen. Perfect for traveling with friends. We will be back.

We were staying here for our Legoland trip. Legoland was booked when I planned our trip, so I came across Donna's house. It was the perfect location. There are lots of restaurants nearby to grab something quick, especially if you are there for Legoland too. It is an easy drive to the park. The house was pristine clean. The view is amazing. My kids loved the Cars character cars next to the birdhouse tree in the back. The only negative is the lack of TVs in the bedroom. Well... and the bed in the master suite needs more support. It wasn't too bad for us- we like each other- but we definitely rolled into one another in the middle due to the lack of support. The mattress is great, though! I wish we would have had more time to actually enjoy the kayak, but our trip was too quick. If we need a place to stay in Winter Haven again, we will definitely be back!

This little fishing home is in a very nice location on the lake. It sits in a very quiet neighborhood, just off the road. It has a carport for your vehicle, or you can park in the circle drive. The home has a front door from the carport and an exterior sliding door from the master bedroom. This home has a mini-split in the living room and the master bedroom, and a temporary AC in each of the other rooms that need to vent outside. It has an on-demand hot water heater, so showers won't be super warm when multiple people are showering. The power in the home does flicker, and we did lose power once, but only for a few minutes. The home has some nice finishing touches; however, if you have any mobility issues, this may not be the right fit. The laminate is bubbled in a few places, and the kitchen has a change in elevation. Also, to get into the master bedroom, you will have to go down 3-4 steps. The view from the master is absolutely beautiful, and there is a table and chairs for you to enjoy sunrises and sunsets and relax. The master bath has 2 sinks, a toilet, and a shower. The master bedroom includes 2 side tables, 1 king bed, a dresser, and a closet. The other bathroom is a bit larger and equipped with a shower/tub combo, one sink, and a toilet. One bedroom has a bed and a side table, and the other has a bunk bed, a baby pack-and-play, and a small dresser. We had to contact the renter during our stay, and they responded quickly and fixed the issue.
