Too tired or just want a quiet day to relax and unwind…this condo has that covered 100%…sit on your private patio and listen to the water lapping soothingly, watch the ducks and geese swim and play, catch a beautiful sunrise, sunset, or even a gorgeous nighttime moon lit view. The view is breathtaking anytime—day or night! These amazing views can be seen from almost every room inside the condo as well—bedroom, living room, and kitchen all have the perfect backdrop. Want to swim or relax on a float? No problem, this complex has a large swim dock with ladders to assist getting into and out of the lake. Want to fish? Great! Grab a pole and try your luck…the walkway surrounding the lake or the swim dock provide easy access to toss a line. Tired after a fun-filled day? This condo features a comfortable king bed w/Serta mattress for a perfect night's sleep and a full en suite bathroom w/tub and shower combo to wash the day away. This unit also features an additional full guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. TWO FULL BATHROOMS makes getting ready for a night out a breeze saving precious time…having the extra space and privacy is a perfect bonus! Other amenities include central heat & air, free WiFi, 2 ROKU smart TVs—a wall mounted one in the bedroom and 65 inch in the living room, a full sized washing machine & dryer, dishwasher, electric outdoor grill, 2 beach towels, a multitude of spices/seasonings, ziploc bags in gallon and quart sizes, Tupperware containers in a variety of sizes, a basic cookware set of pots and pans, a wide variety of kitchen & cooking utensils, silverware, dishware, mixing bowls, measuring cup, cutting board, small basic knife set, and a complete coffee set-up including a regular drip style coffee maker, Folgers classic roast coffee grounds, coffee filters, sugar, Splenda, sweet-n-low, regular flavored powered creamer, and French Vanilla powered creamer. Additional small kitchen appliances include a toaster and blender.

***A boat slip can also be rented for $10 nightly. It is available on a first come, first serve basis. Notify the host if you would like to reserve the slip in addition to your condo reservation. ***

***PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN BOOKING THAT THE ANNUAL LAKE HAMILTON DRAWDOWN BEGINS NOVEMBER 1, 2025 and remains in effect until the scheduled refill in March 2026. This property does have a nice year around water view but as with all waterfront properties on Lake Hamilton, the water view is affected during this time period and will appear several feet lower than normal.

***Sunday thru Thursday may be booked for one night. Friday and Saturday require a two night minimum. Some holidays may require 3 night minimum.***

We had a peaceful stay here! We enjoyed sitting on the patio looking at the calm lake and walking along the waterfront to the pier. Check in and out were super easy. The condo was impeccably clean and the decor was inviting. The bed was very comfortable l and the room was quiet. We enjoyed having 2 full bathrooms. The location was excellent for seeing the sights and for finding good restaurants closeby. Airport road is a very busy route but we were not bothered by road noise, we felt very dafe here and we did ok getting in and out of the driveway. I would highly recommend staying here. I hope we can come back again soon!

35th Anniversary

This was the most relaxing spot in Hot Spring, Ar. The amenities were more than we could have asked for, the price was affordable and management guided us through the process prior to check-in. Neighboring tenants were very hospitable and engaging.

This property has been fully renovated. Everything was fresh and clean. The owner thought of everything you need for a relaxing stay. Being able to walk out the back door right to the water was great. We will certainly revisit this spot!

Got to place 15 mins before check in. Apt is right off a major road. Always busy and loud - would’ve been nice to know this beforehand. They were cleaning when we got there so we waited to knock at 4. Ran into owner at 4 and she said they weren’t done cleaning and we could wait on the back patio. Was frustrating after driving 6 hours. Also, the person helping her clean had his fishing lines going from the patio to the water. They also left food in the fridge they did not clean out. There were blankets that were never taken out of the dryer too. Would not stay here again and would’ve chosen elsewhere had we known about the problems. Very unprofessional to not have your place ready to go by check in. Felt very unprofessional. There are other beautiful places around there not off a major road that are more peaceful, and will probably let you check in on time.

The best thing about this property is being just a few steps from the water. This condo is located directly off the main channel. You can easily see the 70 bridge and can even walk to Bubba Brews.
