Everything was absolutely amazing and as described. A great price for a great property with all the amenities you could ever want in an vacation rental. Very close to multiple beaches, short drive to multiple dining facilities and shopping centers, and less than an hour from the city of San Juan. A little hard to find but the owner does give specific directions when they provide the check in information. Owner was very communicative and was willing to offer many suggestions for beaches and dining.

Amazing property in a quiet location... our group of 6 adults were extremely comfortable throughout our stay. The place had everything we needed, minus tv's in the bedrooms, but I think that just forced us to not be stuck in bed watching tv and allowed us to interact more .This will be my go to place when visiting the Island!

The house is nice and we had a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. My being bilingual helped in comminication. Note, you are in a place with nature all around you, which is what we wanted. This includes insects, reptiles, and mammals. You are not in a metropolitan area, if that's your expectation.

Staying at Ita and Tony’s place felt less like renting a VRBO and more like staying with family. The property is absolutely beautiful—there is nothing like waking up to the lush yard full of fruit trees and falling asleep to the sweet, nostalgic sound of the coquí. It instantly felt like home.What made our trip truly unforgettable was the incredible hospitalidad criolla from Ita and Tony. They are the definition of warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They were super responsive the entire time, and Tony went completely above and beyond by driving me to get my rental car. You just don’t find that kind of kindness everywhere!De todo corazón, thank you both for making our time in Vega Alta so special. If you want a beautiful, peaceful getaway with hosts who treat you like family, this is it. ¡Altamente recomendado! We will definitely be back.
