The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a open floor plan- providing the perfect place to visit with your loved ones; or share a meal. Spend your days relaxing by the pool, or use the floating dock for fishing and kayaking adventures-Please bring your boat! Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the canal to end your days.

The driveway accommodates up to four cars or trailers. Street parking is not permitted. It's important to be respectful of the neighborhood and avoid creating wakes.

Here, you can experience all the fun and relaxation you're hoping for, with all the people you love most. This Hernando Beach treasure is more than just a vacation spot; it’s a place for unforgettable moments.

Need to Know

-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the entrance to the front door and another on the southwest corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee.

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.
