A 36-foot dock with a 22-foot floating section is ready for your boat, fishing, or quiet moments by the water. The private, fenced backyard features a sunlit custom pool, perfect for relaxing days in the Florida sun.
Enjoy the shaded patio with comfy seating, a large dining table, and a gas grill—ideal for laid-back evenings and fun games like Corn Hole and Giant Jenga. Four kayaks invite you to explore the calm canals at your own pace.
Inside, the home offers a bright, open layout with three cozy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. With a king, queen, two doubles, and a sofa bed, there's room for everyone. The wraparound porch, screened verandah, and upper balcony offer beautiful spots to unwind and take in the views.

Having friendly neighbors adds to the sense of community and warmth, enhancing the overall experience of living there. Being able to dock your boat right in your backyard adds a delightful dimension, offering the freedom to set sail and explore the Gulf of Mexico whenever the mood strikes.
The privacy of the backyard provides a peaceful haven where one can unwind, bask in the sun, or seek refuge in the cooling shade, all while being serenaded by the gentle rustle of the salty breezes. It's wonderful to hear from my guests that the Blue Heron embodies not just a physical destination, but a state of mind—a place where relaxation permeates every aspect of life, inviting you to slow down, breathe deeply, and savor the simple joys of existence.
