Location, Location
Set in the quiet community of Irwin—just outside Swan Valley—you’ll be:

• 2 minutes from Palisades Creek Trailhead
• 5–10 minutes to public Snake River fishing access, as well as local guide services & fly shops
• 15-20 minutes from South Fork Lodge
• A short drive to Palisades Reservoir and 30 minutes to Alpine, WY
• 35 minutes to Victor with WorldCast Anglers and 45 minutes to Driggs
• You're within driving distance of Jackson Hole, Grand Teton and the south entrance of Yellowstone, which makes it a great stopover
• Great for weekend getaways from Salt Lake City, Boise or Idaho Falls

• Great spot for trailers, gear, and trucks for guests comfortable operating vehicles and trailers in a rural driveway setting
• Parking is limited to designated driveway only. Lawn and creekside landscaping are strictly off-limits for all vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Guests bringing trailers, drift boats, or OHVs must be comfortable maneuvering within a curved rural driveway without entering grass areas.

Important Parking Information: Please book only if you are comfortable maneuvering your vehicle while remaining entirely on the driveway. Driving or parking on the lawn is prohibited, as it can damage the turf and underground sprinkler system. Guests are responsible for the full cost of repairing any vehicle-related damage to the lawn or irrigation system.

Property Security: Due to the remote location of the property, exterior security cameras are in use for property security. Cameras are located outdoors only and provide views of the front, side, and back entrances, as well as the front of the property, back porch area, guest parking area, trash can area, and creek/irrigation ditch area. No cameras are located inside the home or in areas where guests would reasonably expect privacy.

Guest have access to main house and grounds. No access to garage or shop.
Other things to note
Fire wood for fire pit available down the road at Hover Camp 4.3 miles away. Can be purchased after hours by placing $6 inside black mail box.
