Newly renovated loft in the heart of downtown Alexandria Bay! Easy access to boat tours, shopping, restaurants, and all that the 1000 Islands has to offer! This three-bedroom apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. There is a full kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. Or just walk downstairs and enjoy one of the local establishments. The living room has a smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite shows. There's even a record player and a collection of records to enjoy!

Everything newly remodeled, so everything new. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Even got to try out a record player like the old days.

Great Location, Quiet Area

We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again!

The outside is in the process of being renovated, but inside was just newly renovated & comfortable. Loft 1 is situated by being tucked away in back away from the crowds & noise of Downtown Alexandria Bay & you can see the St. Lawrence river from the porch and if you walk just a little bit, you can sit on chairs by the river. The location was minutes away from Captain Thompson’s boat tours, restaurants & stores. No need to drive. Barbara NJ

The loft was clean. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking & baking! Amy was quick in response to my inquires. Parking is in the rear of building within steps to entrance of loft. Location is in close promoxity to downtown and the boat tours. The River Walk is steps away for sunsets. Personal touches of the host made the loft feel like home. Wi-Fi was strong (strong enough to check in on work a few times!). Would love to see how the coffee shop & bookstore comes along in next visit. Loft was a lovely place to come ‘home’ to after a day of activities.
