Casa Aquatica welcomes you with a bright, airy atmosphere that flows through its spacious living and dining areas. Thoughtfully designed, the living space features wicker lounge seating and vibrant, earthy accents, creating the perfect setting for a seaside retreat. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a large island and bar seating, invites guests to gather and prepare meals together. The dining area features a beautiful wooden table that comfortably seats eight, perfect for sharing meals and creating memories.

The home includes four well-appointed bedrooms; each designed for privacy and relaxation. The master suite on the second floor features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, and balcony overlooking the soccer field and central park—perfect for enjoying peaceful moments or even catching a beautiful sunset. The additional bedrooms include two guest rooms with single beds that share a full bathroom, one of which is a bunk room with a convenient workspace, offering comfort and functionality for all guests. There is also a lock-off studio on the ground floor with a queen bed and private bath, offering a secluded space for added comfort.

If desired, enjoy access to the Beach Club’s exceptional seaside amenities during your stay at this residence by reserving a day pass for $30 USD plus 13% VAT per person, per day, with a $15 credit redeemable at the club’s restaurant.

The Beach Club is a private entity, not managed by Las Catalinas Doorway, and access is subject to availability with advance reservations required.

Mandatory Experience Fee:
A mandatory nightly USD 40 fee per bedroom, already included in the rate, enhances your stay with resort-style amenities and curated community experiences, including complimentary access to tennis and pickleball courts, gym access, daily wellness classes, valet parking, trail access, in-town transportation, weekly activities, and gratuities.

Authorized Construction Hours:

6:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.: Start of work with minimal noise levels (no use of power tools).

7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Regular construction activity.

6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.: Limited work with reduced noise (no power tools).
