La Casa de Huéspedes Alouatta es una residencia privada de dos pisos dentro de la propiedad Casa Alouatta en el corazón de Las Catalinas. Diseñada para la comodidad y la privacidad, ofrece hermosas vistas al océano y una entrada separada mientras permanece conectada a las áreas de vida al aire libre compartidas de la propiedad.



La casa de huéspedes cuenta con dos dormitorios tipo reina espejados, cada uno con baños privados, amplias duchas abiertas y lavabos de hormigón artesanal. Ambos dormitorios se abren a una terraza inferior con acceso directo a las áreas exteriores, incluyendo escaleras que conducen hacia la terraza de yoga y senderos cercanos a la playa.



El espacio principal de vida incluye una cocina completamente equipada con una gran isla (con asientos para seis), dos mesas de bistró en la terraza cubierta, y una cómoda sala de estar de concepto abierto con un sofá cama Queen BoConcept, permitiendo alojamiento para hasta dos huéspedes adicionales.



Una sala de lavandería privada con lavadora y secadora se encuentra justo fuera de los dormitorios para mayor comodidad.



El hogar está completamente climatizado y equipado con ventiladores de techo, Wi-Fi de alta velocidad y sistemas de sonido Sonos en la sala de estar principal, pérgola exterior y la terraza de yoga, creando una vida interior-exterior y entretenimiento sin interrupciones.



Los huéspedes tienen acceso a las áreas exteriores compartidas de la finca Casa Alouatta, incluyendo la piscina, área de barbacoa, pérgola y espacios de descanso. Estas áreas se comparten con los propietarios que residen en la casa principal adyacente.

Ubicación y Estilo de Vida



Las Catalinas es un pueblo costero transitable y sin automóviles rodeado de naturaleza, playas y bosque seco tropical.



El centro del pueblo, con restaurantes, cafés, tiendas y plazas, está aproximadamente a 10 minutos a pie (alrededor de 700 m) de la casa de huéspedes. La tienda gourmet local, Copper Stone, se encuentra a unos 500 m de distancia.



No hay parqueo dedicado en la propiedad. Sin embargo, los huéspedes pueden acceder brevemente a la casa en carro para cargar y descargar equipaje o comestibles. Después de eso, un vehículo puede estacionarse de forma gratuita en la zona de parqueo público de Las Catalinas, aproximadamente a 750 m de distancia.



Tenga en cuenta que puede haber actividad de construcción ocasional durante las horas del día mientras la comunidad continúa creciendo y desarrollándose.

El acceso dentro de la casa de huéspedes de dos pisos requiere escaleras, ya que no hay ascensor.

El campo para un vehículo en el parqueo de Las Catalinas (aproximadamente 750 m de distancia) es actualmente gratuito. Como es gestionado por una empresa privada, esto puede cambiar en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.

El huésped principal debe tener 21 años o más para realizar la reserva.

The property is beautiful and had everything we needed and then some. Boogie boards, beach chairs, a beautiful pool and outdoor covered space, a yoga deck, amazing beach access. The PERFECT vacation home!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is beautiful and clean, the location and proximity to the beach is super close, the outdoor area and pool are a dream and we loved the daily housekeeper! The best February!

This was our second year staying at Casa Alouatta. It is perfect! Our hostess was amazing and helped us find all the activities we wanted to do. This is the guest house for the larger house but was just right for us. It is very clean and was cleaned as needed. There are two bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable. I especially liked the kitchen. Great pots, pans and knives. Also a gas stove. We would definitely recommend this house, just don’t come when we want to be there next year!!!

3 H's Hot, Humid & Hilly

The concierge service was excellent right from the beginning, and through to making reservations for excursions. Maria and Christina made themselves available for help, directions and suggestions. The accommodations were great. Use of the pool and BBQ was nice, the great room and kitchen was well set up with easy access to the balcony. Everything worked great. A better couch in the great room. The cushion keeps sliding forward. The bi-fold doors in the great room need repair. Door sweeps could be added to the outdoor doors?

Unreasonable Hospitality!

I wish I had counted how many times my family and I mentioned that this was the best vacation ever. We said it a lot. This particular property let us live in seclusion, yet only a short walk from the town. The attention to detail provided the ultimate comfort for our getaway that ended way too soon. We sat in our private pool and watched the sunset infront of our eyes every evening. We had monkeys walking down the trail in front of us, and entertain us with their swinging interactions. The town nearby had amazing food, the coolest gym I've ever seen, shopping and the some of the greatest coffee on earth. Our excursion was extra special, and Goose was the best guide we could ever ask for. I cannot wait to return.

Beautiful Las Catalinas home

Our time in Las Catalinas was amazing. We've stayed in other properties here and this is our favorite to date! We loved the outdoor space, including the pool and covered area, including the bbq. The home is very comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. There are no kitchen spices/oils/condiments/etc available so be sure to bring your own as well as coffee/filters, etc. We did have a bit of a surprise in that the details of the posting clearly state that if this house is rented, the main house would not be occupied/rented. However, we were met with a group that arrived a few hours after our arrival that were occupying the main home. Other than the cigarette smoke smell coming from their balcony, we were not bothered by them. We were surprised though, so be sure to check with the rental company to confirm if others are staying in the main home so you are not caught off guard.

La propiedad está increíble, muy bien localizada estás a unos pasos de una pequeña playa privada que en marea baja es un sueño, esta propiedad es caminando a 10 minutos del pueblo de las Catalinas, puede llegar por la playa, por el sendero o bien por las calles internas del complejo, el cual para mí es el más rápido y bonito. Sin duda una opción ideal para disfrutar de las Catalinas, y a la vez la casa es súper privada y muy tranquila.

This place is beyond the description!

Very comfortable the AC is nice to have, especially when we were visiting (March). The space was nice for our family of four. I'm sure more people could be accomidated, but we like to have a lot of space. It was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. We took advantage of the pool often. The location is a prefect walking location to great food. check in was good, Michelle was kind and patient with us, we had issues with the car rental and didn't get checked in until late evening. Las Catalinas is truly wonderful. I was so happy to be here and hope to be blessed to make it back.

5 star guest house, 3 star location

The guest house was excellent. Plenty of room, well stocked, thoroughly clean and comfortable. Private pool wonderful. What was not clear is that although this house is listed as being in Las Catalinas, it is not in the walkable village at all. I was unaware that we needed our own transportation to go anywhere at all. There is a trail to walk to the village, but in the heat, humidity and rain, it was untenable. Luckily, we were there for a large wedding and the Casa Chameleon staff were most gracious and generous in including us in their pick up service. Otherwise, I'm not sure how one would get around without a vehicle.

Great place in great development

Stayed with family and 3 little ones. Guest was clean, comfortable for 5 of us. Had everything needed. Could not really see beach or sunset because of trees but similar issue for most of the houses there. Trail down to beach was cool but is a bit muddy after rain each day. Not a big deal. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Maria as mgr who was very good communicator.

Beautiful Spaces, amazing setting!

The property is absolutely perfect, a truly walkable community, a nice plunge pool, a million things to do, short trail down to a private spot on the beach, a five minute hike up to to one of the most spectacular views in Costa Rica. Outdoor kitchen fully stocked with utensils. Luxury quality linens.

Perfect for us

We had been wanting to check out us Catalinas for a while and decided to rent this property and stay for a few days to give us a feel of the town. Casa Alouatta guest house was just what we needed and it was in the perfect location. We could walk down a short path to the beach or walk into the main part of town on the streets. The property was gorgeous and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again or rent the main house if we needed more space. The rental Company was great and was very accessible for all of our questions. Thank you So much!
