Guests enter through a first-floor terrace, a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and wave hi to neighbors. Inside, a grand staircase sweeps up one side of the space; on the opposite side, a light-filled living room flows into an open kitchen (with a large central island and smooth wood cabinetry) and a dining room (with a built-in bar)—a superb setup for entertaining! Just off the dining area is a serene garden with abundant greenery, a BBQ, a stone pathway, and a patio with a pool and an outdoor shower. Also on the first floor is a bright bedroom with two twin beds, a desk area, and French doors that open to the outdoors.

Climb the grand staircase—above which hangs an ethereal, oversized chandelier—to the second floor, home to two bedrooms (one of which has an ocean-view terrace with a hanging nest chair), two ensuite bathrooms, and a lounge/office area that also has an ocean-facing terrace. Rooms have smooth white walls with wooden ceiling beams, plenty of windows, and pops of color, lending a fresh, residential feel. For extra-large parties, the lounge/office can be converted into an additional bedroom with a double sofa bed.

The house is a short walk from the beach, where you can hike or try your hand at a variety of water sports. In Las Catalinas, there’s also world-class dining, shopping, wellness activities—the list goes on! Casa Lunablu is the perfect base, regardless of the itinerary.

The Beach Club is a private entity, not managed by Las Catalinas Doorway, and access is subject to availability, with the fitness room, a reservation in advance is required.

Mandatory Experience Fee:
A mandatory nightly USD 40 fee per bedroom, already included in the rate, enhances your stay with resort-style amenities and curated community experiences, including complimentary access to tennis and pickleball courts, gym access, daily wellness classes, valet parking, trail access, in-town transportation, weekly activities, and gratuities.
