Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this house. Although it’s an older home, it has had quite a few updates, and some of the appliances, like the refrigerator, are brand new. The dishwasher is quite dated, the stairs are very narrow, and the bathtub could use a little maintenance. However, these were minor issues overall, and the house was nice and comfortable. We appreciated our stay and would consider it a good place to stay.

We loved our stay here. Very nice location to go back and forth to go to Philadelphia (30 minutes drive there) for the day. Also great location to go to New Jersey for the day to see the ocean (about an hour and 45 minutes away with traffic), Ventnor beach was beautiful and quiet walk on the boardwalk for a family visiting. Living room, big comfortable couch was our favorite! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. Beds were very comfortable! Parking on the street was good, at our stay for three days we got to park close to the vrbo within sight.

Enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean and the host was quick to answer when we had a question. Parking was never an issue. The only thing I would mention is that house is older so the stairs to the upstairs are a little steep. This might be an issue for some. We would stay here again.

Thank you Tracy for the glowing review! We're delighted the house was clean and that you found our hosting responsive. We work hard to ensure everything is in great shape for our guests, so it's wonderful to hear it made a difference in your stay. We appreciate your understanding about the house's age and character—it definitely has its quirks, but we're glad it didn't detract from your experience. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Lots of instructions to make it easy to know what to expect. Move out instructions were also pretty simple. Easy street parking. For people with mobility issues, the narrow stairs to get upstairs where the bedrooms and only bathroom are, can be challenging. It would also be helpful if the porch light is kept on or maintained on a timer since it was hard to know which unit was ours when we arrived at night.
