The Space:

Soft ocean air drifts across the waterfront as you step outside to take in the gentle rhythm of the waves. Mornings unfold on the private patio or balcony, where you can settle into the quiet before heading toward the nearby beach. With spacious interiors, outdoor access, and resort amenities close at hand, you can shape each day around the easy coastal atmosphere.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms, offering 8 beds and 5 baths. Room-darkening shades, cotton linens, and clothing storage support restful nights and longer stays. A paid crib is available for added convenience.



Outdoor living

Situated right next to a body of water, the home provides beach access and a private patio or balcony furnished for unwinding in the open air. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area extend your living space, while bikes offer another way to explore the surroundings. Guests also have access to an outdoor pool and a shared sauna, along with free resort access to nearby resort facilities.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen gives you room to prepare meals with ease, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, drip coffee maker, wine glasses, and a dining table for gathering. Barbecue utensils and a grill are available for those who prefer cooking outdoors. The setup allows you to cook as much or as little as you like throughout your stay.



Comfort & essentials

Central air conditioning, a split type ductless system, and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable indoor environment. The condo includes bathroom essentials, free washer and dryer in unit, wifi, and a TV. A bathtub and hot water add to the everyday comforts. Elevator access makes reaching the unit simple, and free parking is available in the parking garage on premises for one vehicle.



Location features

The condo offers a private entrance and sits on the waterfront, with the shoreline just steps away. The surrounding area provides opportunities for relaxed days by the coast and easy transitions between time indoors and outdoors.



Services & access

Self check-in is supported, and building staff are available 24 hours a day. Long term stays are allowed, making the condo suitable for extended visits as well as shorter getaways.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
