The Space:

Banderas Bay opens up in front of you the moment you step onto the balcony - ocean and mountains holding the horizon, warm Pacific air moving in off the water. This five-bedroom condo in Flamingos, Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta sits right on Mexico's Pacific coast, and with space for up to 12 guests, a private hot tub, outdoor pool, beach access, and a movie theater inside, it's built for groups who want more than a place to sleep.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms and six beds sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. A maximum of 13 is permitted when the group includes a minor under 15, in accordance with condominium rules - all guests, including children and babies, count toward the total occupancy limit. Every room is fitted with room-darkening shades and clothing storage, so early risers and late sleepers can each find their rhythm without disturbing the rest of the group.

 

Outdoor living

The private balcony frames the bay - open water, distant peaks, and nothing in the way. Below, the outdoor pool and private hot tub offer two different speeds for the afternoon, and beach access is a short walk from the property. Beach essentials are on hand - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - so heading down to the shore takes no preparation. The fully fenced private backyard anchors the outdoor experience: outdoor furniture, a dining area, an outdoor kitchen with sink, and sun loungers for the kind of afternoon that stretches past sunset. Resort access adds another layer to what's available.

 

Entertainment and recreation

Indoors, the movie theater turns any evening into a proper cinema night. The ping pong table and pool table keep things going between meals, and for anyone who maintains a fitness routine, the exercise equipment - elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench - covers the essentials. The shared gym in the building provides additional space when needed. On quieter evenings, the TV is there when the group just wants to settle in.

 

Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is well equipped for group cooking - refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and wine glasses, plus cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The dining table brings everyone together, whether that's a quick breakfast before the beach or a longer dinner with the whole group around the table.

 

Comfort and convenience

Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable year-round against the coastal heat. The single-level layout and building elevator make moving around easy for everyone in the group. A dedicated workspace - in a room with a door - keeps remote work practical, with Wifi throughout. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter, and both free parking garage on premises and free street parking give everyone flexibility on arrivals and day trips. Self check-in and 24-hour building staff mean smooth access at any hour. Long-term stays are welcome.

 

Location

Flamingos sits within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta, directly on Banderas Bay along Mexico's Pacific coast. The humid-tropical climate holds around 28°C year-round - warm and consistent, softened by breezes off the water. The area combines the ease of a residential enclave with straightforward access to the coast, the bay, and everything the region has to offer.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._9_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.
