⚠ IMPORTANT NOTES

• This is a two-story home.
• Some outdoor areas and flooring may become slippery when wet, especially around the pool area. Please use caution at all times.
• While we do provide a child safety gate for the staircase area and a playpen for added convenience, parents and guardians must supervise children at all times throughout the property.
• The property includes a deep pool, stairs, decorative elements, and multiple indoor and outdoor areas that require close supervision of children at all times.
• Children should never be left unsupervised near the pool, stairs, outdoor areas, or while running on wet surfaces.
• The home features carefully curated décor, light-colored furnishings, fabrics, walls, and decorative elements that are part of the overall guest experience and should be treated with care.
• Because the property is located directly across from a natural reserve in a tropical environment, occasional insects may appear from time to time despite regular upkeep. For peace of mind, the property receives professional monthly pest control service and ongoing exterior maintenance to help minimize this as much as possible. • Pool maintenance is typically scheduled on Wednesdays around 10:00 AM, although timing may occasionally vary depending on the pool technician’s availability. Once maintenance has been completed, the pool may be used again approximately 6 hours later.
• Parties, events, excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs the peaceful atmosphere of the property are strictly prohibited.
• Only guests officially registered through the reservation platform are allowed on the property unless previously authorized.
• For security purposes, exterior security cameras are installed at the property entrance and in the outdoor pool area.
