This beautiful unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests with a king master bed and en suite, a 2nd queen bedroom and a full 3rd bedroom with a generous 2nd shared bath. The living room, master and dining room provide direct, oceanfront views from inside the unit as well as from the large private balcony, complete with a charming 2 seater wooden swing and patio furniture. Uniquely, this corner unit has loads of windows, ocean breezes and ocean views from each and every bedroom! In addition, the dining room's ocean views & bay windows also overlook the sparkling pool. This is a quiet, 8 unit building just steps to the beach with the security of a seasonal lifeguard station within reach during your relaxing days on the beach. This home has an elevator, but please note there is a short flight of stairs leading to the elevator. There are plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys provided for family fun. On your way to the beach, you will pass a small, well maintained garden surrounded by a jogging path, public exercise stations, grilling stations, picnic tables as well as swings and a small play area for children if desired. The views and sunrises are spectacular, relaxing and rejuvenating, an enchanting getaway for friends and families to enjoy and build warm and lasting memories. Great family long weekend getaway. Perfect 3 bedroom spacious 2nd floor condo facing the ocean. Our kids enjoyed everything Myrtle beach had to offer including the beach and kids park right across the street. Everything was clean and up to date. I’m returning to this property if we decide to visit Myrtle Beach again.
