We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. It was well stocked, easy to access, and had everything we needed for our visit. One of our favorite things was that it was near a beautiful park, which made the location even more enjoyable. Everything was so well organized that we didn’t even need to communicate with the host—the entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Idaho Falls area.

April and Steve’s home had everything we could have needed for our stay in Idaho Falls. April was just a text away if we needed anything. The master bedroom had the most comfortable bed! I have never slept better away from home! 10/10 recommend staying here.

To begin with the beds were the most comfortable we've experienced during a stay while traveling. The location was fantastic for a morning walk. There were little details that made it feel homy and convenient and the host was very responsive and kind. Everything was clean and there were ample kitchen ware and gadgets. Everything was clean and stocked.

This property was so cute. They must’ve had a specialist decorate the whole home. It is just the right size. The king size bed is on the main level and there’s a queen size bed and a daybed in two bedrooms in the basement area. It was very easy to get to any place you would want to go. I’m definitely going to stay here again.

This is an amazing place. Wonderful host with great communication and a knack for knowing exactly what a traveler needs. Several small gestures meant so much. Leaving on a light for late night arrivals, water bottles in the fridge, snacks and share bins.. will definitely return.

We like to cook and the kitchen was one of the best we have had in a VRBO. Pans, knives, spices, small appliances were all very good quality. Place was very clean and organized. Host communication was great. Would highly recommend.

This property is absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully prepared. It has everything you need and was very comfortable. I really appreciated that’s it had lots of books, games, and multiple televisions. It’s a perfect vacation rental for a family. This is one of the nicest vacation rentals I have stayed in and I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent townhouse

Would recommend, very nice townhome, well-furnished. Lots of nice touches, snack box, coffee, bath essentials. new kitchen was well equipped . Lower level offered additional family room and TV. Enjoyed our stay!

Top Notch Stay in Idaho Falls! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful townhome. The furnishings and special touches were arranged with care and attention - the entire place was move-in ready. We easily could have stayed a month and been perfectly content. We could not have been better. Everything was pristine and very well organized - and both check in and check out were super easy. April was prompt in answering any questions we had. We appreciated the opportunity to stay at such a well situated VRBO - and would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this home.April, the host, was awesome. Great communication, quick responses, and wants to ensure you are happy with your stay. Check-in was easy and check out was stress free.Home location is great. Local park you can walk to for walking, running, disc golf. and enjoying the outdoors. Downtown is 3-5 minutes away.The home itself was one of the best we stayed at. Perfect size for our family of 4. It had all the details taken care of. Guidebook with local activities, kitchen with multiple coffee makers, air fryer, microwave, etc. Several types of coffee so we could have our first morning before we could get to store - so appreciated.Beds were very comfortable! Every room had chargers with regular outlets and USB outlets to easily charge everything. 3rd bedroom with twin was big enough for our teen to sleep in. Also has a desk with monitor and keyboard. We used to work remotely.Laundry area downstairs stocked. Family room with comfy couch and big TV. TVs in all the rooms as well. Easily setup all your streaming services.Everything in kitchen is labeled to easily find and put things back. Lots of adult and kid books for reading. Also has some cool books as well. The home has everything you need. Cannot say enough about how great the house and location is. Many ski areas within 2 hours. Grand Teton within 2 hours. Many outdoor activities. Lots of great stores, museums and restaurants in town.Thank you April for a great vacation home!

This is Hospitality Business at its best. Everything is as described on the internet site. The location is safe. The WiFi internet connection really worked, and we could connect our laptop computer. The property is well designed, very clean and well maintained. The living area is excellent to work and relax. There is a functional kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cooking utensils). All utilities worked as expected. We could park our car just in front of the entrance. The neighborhood reminds of the West End district of London. The owner made significant efforts to transform our vacation into a wonderful experience. We hope to come back again.
