Wonderful stay for the two of us! Everything we needed to make a few meals and go to Main Street for the rest. Short stroll to the beach. We loved our stay!

Cute place

This unit was cute, very clean and well appointed for what it was. A couple of things that I wasn’t expecting. 1. It is lower level, like a finished walkout basement, which didn’t allow for much light. 2. Listed as having a kitchen but didn’t have a stove. It did have a plug in double burner. 3. The air didn’t really cool the bedroom. The beach was very close and a great place to have morning coffee. All in all, nice place.

We came to this place by chance and did not regret it at all ,it was so cute and a small block from the beach we had every thing we needed and it was close to everywhere we wanted to go .!We loved it!!

Great find in Hyannis!

We had a wonderful time at this charming unit in Hyannis. Our hosts provided clear instructions, so check-in and check-out were a breeze. They thought of everything - not only was it spotless, it had every amenity imaginable, from dinnerware to cleaning supplies, from quality towels to personal care products, including hair dryer and iron. It comfortably fits 3 adults or 2 adults, 2 children. Our son is spending the summer on the Cape, and he was able to sleep on the futon, which came with its own set of comfy sheets. We weren't able to enjoy the pool because we were gone most of the days, but other residents seemed to be having a blast! The only downside is the private beach (3 min. walk) was closed due to e-coli contamination, so we had to drive to nearby Kalmus Beach. If you go to a public beach in the summer, know that it's $25/day if you drive, so I would walk or take the Hyannis trolley. Beaches are free after 4pm. Finally, the central location on the Cape made it easy to get from one end to another for sightseeing. We would absolutely stay here again - LOVED it!

Conveniently located condo in Hyannis

Efficient, extremely clean and well located condo on Cape Cod. Lovely little park/beach within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable and linens were nice. There were lts of extras. We had to cut our trip short due to Hurricane Lee but would definitely return again.

On the Cape

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.Amenities were well provided. Suggestion: shower should have a grab bar for us senior citizens. Otherwise, very enjoyable!

Our Hyannis Cape Cod get away

Property was really nice and clean. We loved the condo and decor. I thought the beach would have been closer. Great location to Main Street, shops and restaurants. Nantucket is over rated, very pricey, but enjoyed the boat ride. We had a relaxing and fun time. Lots to do there.

The Breakwaters

clean, tastefully decorated and fully stocked. Short walk to the beach, close to Main St (walking distance) and centrally located to other areas of the cape for easy day trips. Having a pool on site is a definite bonus

Honeymoon on Cape Cod

This was such a cute condo. The neighborhood was quiet. Just a short walk to the beach. And a lot of cool things to do less than an hour away. Would love to come back.

A short getaway

The condo was very clean and had a great supply of dishes, towels, etc. The location was perfect as it was very close to the beach, Main Street and the ferries.

Awesome rental!

This little place was perfect for the two of us. We had a wonderful time exploring Hyannis, and just relaxing on the beach. Everything was perfect for two people who needed to unwind! We will be back!

Quick Getaway

Nice location, quiet and away from downtown hustle and bustle. But just a 5 minute drive to downtown. Very well appointed and very clean.

What a wonderful stay!!

The condo was exactly how it was listed. Not a detail was missed. The decor is beautiful and beachy. The condo itself was spacious for just 2 people (love pocket doors) which made the space more open. Fridge had plenty of bottled water which was great to not have to run out and get that. Great communication with owner, very responsive when needed. Will definitely keep in mind for our stay next year!

Close to beach, ferry and downtown

Everything was wonderful! Although the condo was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated, sadly the AC didn’t work for our stay. As a result of not being able to sleep, we couldn’t enjoy the condo as much as we would have liked.

Perfect Little Get-Away

This place is immaculate. The décor is phenomenal. Every detail is seen to in order to make your stay very enjoyable. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach to soak in the sun and surf or you can take a very short drive to Main St to browse the shops and/or enjoy a great meal. Plenty to see and do nearby. A big plus is that Breakwaters is very quiet since they don't allow children or pets. Very highly recommend!

Beautiful location and we'll provisioned

The place is a short walk to a nice beach. Morning walks on the beach were delightful - often I was the only person. Afternoons had some people but no where near crowded. Trips to Chatham and Provincetown provided the quintessential Cap Cod experience. The place was very well provisioned including bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, soap, garbage bags, food bags, lobster pot, coffee maker with k-cups, electric burner for cooking, and even the makings for s'mores.
