About this property

5 BR, 5 BA in Seaside, quick walk to the private beach access or main pool

Situated just north of the town square and in the heart of Seaside, Mint 4 Fun, with 5 bedrooms, 5 baths and an enclosed tower room with balcony is definitely MEANT FOR FUN!

MInt 4 Fun has large, covered porches on the main floor and second floor. The second floor porch has private entrances from 2 separate bedrooms. All bedrooms have en suite baths.

A tower room with open balcony on the fourth level affords nice views of the gulf and all of Seaside and is a fantastic place to enjoy the sunset or your morning coffee.
The design of this home is architecturally unique.
From the bunk room with a spacious hideaway loft, the 30' cathedral ceilings in the living room, and the close proximity to all the Seaside amenities, you will be amazed with this property!

Mint 4 Fun is just a few steps from the west-end pool and only a couple blocks to the private Pensacola beach pavilion.
We have a large wagon, a rolling cooler, some beach chairs and beach toys for your use.
The Seaside chapel, playground, fitness center, and 3 community pools are all close by (Seaside charges a fee to use the pools, fitness and tennis amenities. This fee is optional and not included in the rent).

The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, stainless appliances and all the "tools" you will need for those days you want to cook at home.

There are hardwood floors throughout the house and custom wood shutters for every window.

Of course the powdery white sand and crystal clear ocean is what brings you here, but other highlights of staying in Seaside that you will enjoy are shopping in the many quaint shops, eating at the award winning restaurants, bike riding through town, strolling down the hidden paths or relaxing on the outdoor porches enjoying the fragrant sea air and warm breezes.

Great Place in Seaside!

The house was great and very short walk to entertainment and beaches. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was key for our large group. The owner (Christie) as always very responsive. A great Spring Break option for families!

This house was perfect for our Spring Break trip with family and friends. The size and space were perfect for our group of 10, and the location was excellent - very short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The house was beautiful and well stocked with all of our needs, and Christie was a fabulous host. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Such a lovely house and location in seaside. Pool was around the corner and a short walk to the beach. The house was well appointed with everything you need to cook or grill. Really appreciated all the clear communication with the owner.

We’ve stayed in many houses in Seaside. Mint 4 Fun is definitely one of the best! Location is great; house is well laid out for families, clean and updated. Christie was very easy to work with, she communicated very well with us! We would definitely stay here again!

Seaside Family Vacation 2023

Mint 4 fun is a great house in a wonderful location! Easy access to the beach, as well as town center where all the cute shops and food trucks are located. The property was well maintained and well equipped. Nice having two spacious porches - ground floor and upstairs. Having multiple zones on the air conditioning was a nice touch- never had a problem with comfort level. Owner was very responsive with questions and even dropped off spare batteries in person. Had no problem connecting our devices to the stereo system in the bookcase. Even though the ice maker in the refrigerator was not working, the owner put bags of ice in the freezer for our use. Our group, 8 senior adults, have stayed at many places over the past 12 years. We will put this one on the list for repeat visit.

Great location

Initially I thought it might be too far away from some of my seaside favorites but we found that this Forest street address was a perfect balance of distance between the beach, the pool, and the town center. And it was really easy to pop into watercolor with less traffic for a bike ride with the family. We really enjoyed the stay. Spent a lot of time in the kitchen which always happens somehow.

It was so good to be back in Seaside and Mint 4 Fun was the perfect place for the family! It was beautiful online, but even better in person—very clean and met every one of our needs. We loved the tower area and the porch swing on the second floor. Great location, too—far enough away from the main area but a quick and easy walk to everything. And Christie was awesome and so quick to respond when we had questions! We really felt at home. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us!! Would highly recommend this home and hope to return some day!!

Family 5 kids, Thanksgiving 2023

You, reader, probably already know this, but Seaside is a the best vacation town in America. In 1946 the US bet everything on a car-centered lifestyle and we've been suffering from it since. Seaside is a real, bikes-and-pedestrians-first town on the ocean. You walk from your house to coffee, to the bookstore, the post office, back home, ride your bike around exploring, get some groceries, cook at home, bike to the beach, walk over to ice cream, and bike back home and go to bed tired. You have your car too, but you don't need it most days. I enjoy the Seaside beach in November (much fewer people than summer). The community beach gate/pavilions feel like a private access just for your family with a beach bathroom and architectural steps over the dunes. Property review: I liked 1. personal attention by hostess 2. House art 3. Cleanliness 4. Bed comfort 5. The location being away from the busy Seaside center, but only 0.1 miles to walk there

New Years Family Vacy

The 5/5 house was a short walk to the town square and the beach. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed outdoor activities. Sand volleyball, pickleball, reading on the beach and riding bikes. We rented bikes from 30ARentals, they delivered within an hour of my phone call and picked them up after our departure. It was nice to have a bathroom with every bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked, we grilled and cooked several meals. All the restaurants in town were open so we ate out several times as well. The house was quite a bit older than what we are used to having and was in the process of getting a fresh coat of paint. Upon arrival there were ladders and equipment around but upon our request Christie had them moved to the back of the house. The bathrooms were all very tiny with mold in the grout and some tiles missing. The sheets, pillows and towels need to be updated. A rental in this price range justify higher quality linens. We loved rocking on the front porch and playing games in the dining nook. There were 10 of us ranging in age from 12-70. We had a great time together in Seaside. Maybe we are spoiled but will not stay here again due to so many repairs that need to be done on this property.

We will do everything we can to make sure you, your family, and friends make some wonderful vacation memories while staying in our home and we feel sure you will want to return every year!

Why they chose this property

Owning in such a unique and special community has been so amazing and we love sharing Mint 4 Fun with others when we are unable to stay here.
Park your car and enjoy spending the week riding bikes or walking everywhere - Seaside has everything you need!
I can't wait to share with you my recommendations for favorite restaurants, shopping, happy hours, bike rentals etc.

What makes this property unique

There's no bad location in Seaside, but we especially love where Mint 4 Fun is located because we are so close to all the amenities Seaside is famous for.
The Seaside square with all the fabulous shopping and restaurants is a short stroll from our house.

The main west pool is just steps away and the other 2 pools - the Family pool (covered) and Adult pool - are also on our street. The fitness center, tennis courts, playground, basketball court and Seaside Chapel are also right down the street (Seaside charges an optional fee to use the pools, fitness, and tennis facilities).

The private Pensacola beach pavilion is only 2 blocks from our house and we have a large wagon, a rolling cooler and some beach chairs and beach toys at the house for your use.

There is a bike path that you can access right behind our house that leads you into the Watercolor community if you want to explore in there too.

With all these amenities being so close and Publix grocery store being an easy bike ride from our house, you will likely not need your car during your entire vacation!
