Experience modern comfort and historic charm at our home in the heart of Gainesville! This "Century" house features 1930s accents like the original windows (some original windows are nonfunctioning) with modern amenities like quartz counters and central AC/heat.

Onsite parking is free (one car only, parking is very limited), so you can walk to UF campus, Ben Griffin Stadium, and a variety of restaurants & bars. Ideal for games, college visits, or exploring Gainesville's vibrant culture!

This space is newly renovated. The kitchen includes a bar top counter, which opens into the living room. This is perfect for cooking and entertaining family and friends. There is also a workspace and private balcony.
