This was our 2nd stay and it was excellent. House is in a quiet neighborhood. All beds are very comfortable. Outside areas are private. We did not use the hot tub but the water felt warm. Jason is excellent at responding and does everything he can to make your stay wonderful.

Excellent location and clean and comfortable house. Has everything you would need. Had an issue with laundry spot remover with bleach that ruined a pair ofpants, but all good when i got my own supplies. Everything worked well.

Location. Walked to pickleball at Fritz Burns Park every day. Enjoyed the hot tub daily. Also walked to Old Town La Quinta every day to explore the excellent restaurants. The house is clean and in a quiet neighborhood.Pe

Beautiful property in an excellent location that has everything that you would need. Hosts are very thoughtful and organized. They provided water and extra towels, turned down the a/c for us prior to our arrival, and were easy to communicate with. We came back for a second time and had the same great experience. Will definitely make this our "go to" location whenever we are in this area!

Great stay!

This property has great management and delivered exactly what we needed for our stay. The decor was cute and in good taste which for some reason is a must for me. I don’t like staying in places that feel old and outdated on design. We had our dog and needed a fenced-in yard with privacy and plenty of space for my husband and I to work while we were in town for a dance competition for my daughter. The place was very cute and well stocked with plenty of linens. The beds were comfortable and having laundry was helpful. The bathrooms were functional but the showers could use some updating. The TV streaming service was great with lots of options. It wasn’t the bougiest place if you’re looking for a party house or something like that. But if you’re looking for a quiet, cute, clean place to stay with way more room than a hotel, this is perfect! The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We will be back is we travel to Palm Springs again.

Such an awesome stay!

This place was perfect for our Stagecoach weekend! Jason was super helpful and always answered our questions right away! Perfect location with a great barbecue for grilling burgers and hot dogs! This is our second time staying at this property and we can’t wait to come back!

Coachella Weekend One

We loved our stay! Everything in the house was absolutely perfect. The host did a fantastic job communicating with our group. I loved the local drinks in the fridge and the welcome package! The hot tub was a fantastic surprise as well (maybe just didn't look close enough at the listing). Everything was great! The walk to town is very doable but bring your sunscreen!

Excellent home near Old Town La Quinta

This is a very nice, convenient place to stay and we highly recommend it.We usually rent a two-bedroom, two-bath condo when visiting Palm Springs area and that’s usually plenty of room for the two of us. This was the first time we rented a house and we had to admit we appreciated a little more space, most notably our very own front and back yards that come with the California requisite orange and lemon trees. The house itself was clean and well stocked, with comfortable beds and fully-functional, easy-to-use appliances and a simple Nest heating/cooling system. The house was an easy 10-minute walk to Old Town La Quinta with its restaurants, and a farmers market, art fair and a nice museum/historical center. Also, don’t forget to check out - of all places - the Tower Market. It has some of the best ribs and fried chicken we’ve ever tasted. We also made daily use of the Bear Creek Trail, which is less than a mile west of the house. It’s a paved pathway that stretches several miles along the base of the Southern Santa Rosa Mountains and meanders through a protected nature preserve. From the time we booked until the time we left, Jason was also available to answer any questions and to provide suggestions. He even dropped off some delicious, freshly picked grapefruit, which we obviously don’t get in Illinois and was the best we’ve ever tasted.

Perfect getaway!

We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again! The beds were very comfortable and the place was super clean. The fire put out front was private with a well maintained garden.Great location close to many restaurants and the Sunday market was a must! Our only issue was the missing hot tub but the owner let us know when we arrived that it had sprung a leak and couldn’t be fixed so they had removed it that morning.The owner left us fresh fruit from the trees and Local beers! Nice touch! He also recommended a great Mexican restaurant.

Great spot for a weekend stay

We loved the location and the house was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything that we needed. The only issue was the hot tub was not working as there was a leak. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Kennel Club of Palm Springs Dog Show

This is my 4th stay at this lovely home. Jason our host always answers our questions quickly and even comes over to assist. It is quiet and our well behaved dogs appreciate the fenced yard.

Home away from home

We were evacuated from our home due to the Line Fire and needed a place to stay with our dogs. This home was a perfect place! It was beautiful and a lovely backyard for our two dogs. I even had an area where i was able to telework. This home had everything we ne3ded for our stay! We would definitely stay there again if needed. Felt Like Home

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot! It is right around the corner from our daughter and son-in-law, and it is very well equipped. Everything was just as in the photos. Jason is extremely accommodating and very communicative when he needs to be. We will stay here again!

Tennis

Jason was the perfect host. He helped us with the TV When we drove there from northern CA it was a long day. We hit lots of rain. Jason turned on all the lights and heat for us. Will stay there again
