First floor has luxurious king master with en-suite full bath, guest bedroom with two twin beds and hall full bathroom with tub. Upstairs features queen bedroom with en-suite bath and open loft with twin bed. Queen sleeper sofa on first floor shares guest bath with tub. It's a warm and inviting space for families or groups craving a beach-inspired escape.

While South Seas Resort amenities aren’t included, you’ll enjoy access to a range of excellent features: a large heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, high-speed Wi-Fi, outdoor grilling areas, and coin-operated community laundry facilities. Best of all, the beach is mere steps from your door. Captiva has fabulous chef owned restaurants and the best stocked beach shops around. Captiva is a fishing mecca, hire a guide to catch the big one!



Please note that there is ongoing construction happening at South Seas Resort related to the addition of new amenities at the entrance to the resort.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire unit, heated pool, and other Beach Villas amenities such as tennis court. Guests cannot access South Seas amenities including water park and north end pools. This unit is extremely close to Captiva village, however, which features numerous restaurants, shopping, and spa. Laundry room on ground floor.



The Neighborhood:

The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex located on the beach side, steps to beach and in walking distance to downtown Captiva.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas.



Other Things to Note:

We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
