Welcome to South Seas Serenity II. This newly remodeled modern luxury condo is nestled in heart of Captiva, one of the premier vacation destinations in the Southwest Florida. We set ourselves apart by creating a 5 Star luxury experience while still having the space and quaintness of a VRBO property.

We are local owners living just off the Island and go to inspect the condo constantly. We take pride in keeping it meticulously clean and have a fabulous management company, Glass Casa. We feel confident you will be provided with the utmost service. When you rent a place it should look and feel more fabulous in person and your experience should be seamless and serene. Glass Casa is available during the week and 24/7 for emergencies.

Situated within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Rise in the morning and grab a coffee from the Starbucks located less than 1000 feet from the condo, or take a 10 minute walk to Village of Captiva that includes restaurants such as RC Otters, Green Flash, Captiva Pizza, Key Lime Bistro, Captiva Cantina, Bubbleroom or Sunshine Seafood. For shopping, Ice cream and coffee in the Village you will find the Island General Store, Betty Boops (ice cream, cakes and coffee), Gold Parrot, Barracudas and the Beach Store. If that is not enough, rent our brand new Club Car Onward 6 Seater golf cart (based on availability) to venture out to the new Shipyard Restaurant (casual coastal modern), the new reimagined Crows Nest (for a high-end experience) and Old Captiva House (my personal favorite). I also recommend taking the boat ride from Captiva Cruises to Cabbage Key for the famous "Cheeseburger In Paradise" rumored to be what inspired Jimmy Buffet's song.

Everything in the condo was completely redone including the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, woodwork, hurricane impact windows and sliding doors, light fixtures along all new bedding, furnishings and mattresses.

Sleep in style and ultimate comfort for a complete serene experience. It could not be 5 Star without upgraded luxury linens and triple sheeted beds. The ensuite master bedroom has the ultimate in luxury comfort bedding with the top of the line high-end Tempur-Pedic Cooling Cloud Luxe Breeze mattress covered in luxury bedding completed with a plush mattress pad, top of the line silk filled duvet and triple sheeted for total comfort and cleanliness with luxury linens. The bed is designed to provide a cool, comfortable and cozy night's sleep. The guest bedroom offers the same luxurious experience with two Tempur-Pedic Cloud Luxe twin XL mattresses, luxury bedding and triple sheeted. We provide a variety of luxury pillows and fans in every room so your experience is quaint and relaxing. In the warm weather months the condo will maintain the perfect temperature with a brand new top of the line Trane Hyperion Air Conditioner.

This unit is an open airy highly sought after end unit that provides plenty of windows, lighting, mirrors and light furnishings to bathe the room in natural light and provide stunning views of the nightly sunsets over the ocean view.

For those who love to cook, the full kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous finishes, beautiful quartz countertops and comes fully equipped for your vacation needs. We offer both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker so that you can make the coffee of your choice.

A designer plush sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic topper is perfect for a relaxing movie night or to watch the game on the 82" Samsung 4K smart flat screen TV. The dining areas, including dining table for 6, outdoor and kitchen island seating, are a great option for finding the perfect spot to enjoy your meal while staring at the gulf.

Grill up some steak or seafood while lounging in the pool located directly in front of your unit or sip a cocktail under the umbrella beachside.
