We stayed at this property for a week during my daughter’s wedding. It is a beautiful house. Very clean with all modern amenities. The living space is extremely spacious and comfortable. The host was available when needed and responded quickly with any questions we had for him. Highly recommended!!

I think the manager should have checked to make sure recycling and garbage from previous tenant was appropriately put away. We talked to a neighbor who helped us.The refrigerator leaked and there were times we didn’t feel we got timely responses to the problemOverall, it was a nice house and location I think Vrbo works better when you were in touch with the owner versus property managers

Location, location!

Great location. Interior of house is beautiful and perfect for socializing. The outside porches have great potential however were not clean. The kitchen is modern but lacked pots, enough flatware and other cooking essentials.

TV’s didn't work when we arrived. One out of three were properly wired. On our last full day, after calling both previous days, the owner was helpful to reboot his modem from his house then assisted in helping us connect to a tv. The towels were thin. Sheets were scratchy. Washer and dryer were great. Location is wonderful, 1/2 block from the beach and a10 minute walk to Pier Village. House is beautiful, but needs more area rugs to cozy it up.

Hi Carl, as we mentioned previously it is not listed that we have cable television on site (as is common for many rentals). We have all streaming platforms available and even provided logins to you, you did not mention an issue with the streaming until later in your trip after which we were able to fix that for you right away. Since you had a preference of watching cable television and that affected your stay we provided you with a $200 discount. Towels and sheets are all premium cotton materials but we are sorry you feel that way, if that was previously mentioned we could have brought you replacements. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve but please be fair with your reviews going forward as it does not give the full picture, thank you.
