The 2nd bedroom is has a queen sized bed , 40" flat screen TV. The comfortable living room is furnished with a leather couch, "55" HDTV, with cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO GO and copper top
dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped. Great ground floor patio. Resort style heated pool and spa.
Sprouts grocery and 5 restaurants and bars across the street. Spend the day away, enjoying hiking, biking, swimming, shopping. Free trolley is 1/2 block away, so no need for a car.

The condo was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend. I stayed with my son, who is attending school in Phoenix, along with my future son in law. The condo was clean and comfortable. Central to all of our activities. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

This is a beautiful property and so relaxing. The attention to details were amazing. It certainly felt like home. The property manager was so warm and welcoming. She felt like family. The next time we are in the area, this will definitely be our first consideration for a great place to stay.

Wonderful Place!

This was the perfect place. We were wonderfully welcomed. Everything was clean and close to wherever we wanted to go in Scottsdale. We stayed here to watch a conference online, which was perfect, but I would highly recommend this spot for any sort of getaway!

A perfect stay

We have stayed at many VRBO properties, but this is our favorite by far! It has a great location for exploring Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area. It is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and well-stocked. The grounds and pool area are lovely. And, best of all, Gail and Maureen are delightful to work with. We will return!

In 2012 bought our condo and have been enjoying all the activities and sights that Arizona has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Saltillo floors, Adobe interior walls, Alder wood doors and cabinets gives our condo a unique style that is far different from our Minnesota home.
