PROPIEDAD muy positivamente valorados en toda la ciudad de Scottsdale en el vrbo !!! Ven a pasar sus vacaciones en esta completamente renovado (2008) y modernizado 2 dormitorios, 2 baños condominio. Situado en el centro de Scottsdale, esta propiedad concepto abierto tipo loft es literalmente minutos de Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square Mall y el nuevo hotel W. Con paredes expuestas de concreto, pisos de concreto, acabados y mobiliario contemporáneo, este condominio ofrece un ambiente acogedor.

Cuando no fuera disfrutando del buen clima de Arizona y todo lo que Scottsdale tiene para ofrecer, relajarse delante de la televisión de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas, cene en el balcón, o servir a algunas bebidas de detrás de la barra. Cada habitación cuenta con una cama de matrimonio y montado en la pared de pantalla plana con construido en DVD, así como un reloj para iPod / alarma. Perfect location - excellent accommodations

Located very close to Old Town Scottsdale, with its many shops and restaurants, this immaculately kept property has style and space, and served as the perfect place to come home to after enjoying long days touring the area. The owner is incredibly communicative and always available, and the price is most reasonable for the updated amenities and location.

Modern Condo in Old Town Scottsdale

Property was eclectic, and had very cool, artsy aesthetic. Had absolutely everything in terms of amenities- top of the line small appliances, dyson fans, a great bar, and nice balcony. We messaged with the owner, who was extremely gracious and helpful. We would stay here again- excellent location.

LOVED IT!!!!

This is an AMAZING property. It is conveniently located 20 mins outside of the Phx Skyharbor Airport. My sons and I stayed here for ASU day. We were able to enjoy the Phoenix/Tempe/Scottsdale life and come to a quiet place to rest. The property possess all the amenities needed to have an adequate stay and for everyone to be able to enjoy their space along with each other. I absolutely LOVED the art deco! I will definitely use this property again as well as reference it to family and friends traveling in the Phoenix area.

Wonderful condo with amazing location!

I want to thank Chris for providing such an updated and well maintained condo in the best of locations to explore Scottsdale. He accurately describes the property and provided detailed instructions and information that made our visit effortless. He responded in a timely fashion to all communications and was very receptive and helpful. We highly recommend this property and will book again if we return to Scottsdale!

Pros: Neat decor, great location, nice having two bathrooms, iPad and speakers for music, pool area very nice, nice TV Cons: didn’t have parking, only one towel in each bathroom- had to go out and buy towels, very dim - even after turning dimmers on full light, dingy patio, blinds broken so little natural light

Great location

Nice place. Great location. High end decorated. Need street spicy, but very low to the ground. It felt like someone else lived there. Condiments in refrigerator and food in pantry. Dirty sponges and barely any soap in kitchen and bath. Right off a busy street. Was louder than I would have liked inside.

Great Location - Great Value

This is a very interesting condo - we loved the modern look and some of the art and retro pieces. It is very spacious and convenient to access. Great location - you are very close to the heart of Scottsdale - restaurants and nightlife. Great value at this price point. The host is very responsive to any questions or concerns. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thanks!

Not the one to choose at this time

This VRBO is one to skip… we walked in; after struggling to even get the access code the day we arrived… and walked in and were immediately concerned with an IPad mounted in the living area. (microphone and camera enabled) This was a serious privacy red flag for us. The dishes in drawers were filthy; the towels were soiled with stains in the kitchen drawers, The bed had been laid on after being made, deck dirty and the ‘cactus garden’ was artificial) The owner immediately refunded our entire payment however. We supplied him with 6+ photos so he could contact the cleaning crew to rectify the problem. He continued to text me during my four days in Scottsdale; until I had to contact VRBO to intervene and they contacted him to cease texting us ; and was told to block his number. I frequently utilize VRBO so this was just a glitch I’m sure.

Wonderful Place in a Great Location!

This condo was very unique and very clean! The pictures were accurate and the host provided a lot of useful information regarding the appliances and electronics in the condo. The complex has a pool and the area was also clean with very friendly neighbors. We were not too far from restaurants, the grocery store and shopping Scottsdale, AZ. The condo had a lot of interesting art and photographs throughout and it was nice to sit out on the balcony at night. Our host was an excellent communicator and made sure our stay was without any hiccups! Thanks!

Great Location, Fun Condo, Affordable Price

The location of the condo is very close to shipping, historic old town, etc. The condo is decorated in a fun décor. Chris has many books and interesting items in the condo to make the stay more enjoyable. The price of the unit was great for a 2BD/BR. We enjoyed the pool area very much. The location has an eclectic mix of people, younger crowd (sometimes a little noisy by room), older couples, and young families.

College Graduation Celebration Weekend

Our impression of the property was "retro"---it took a little getting used to the low seating and beds but all was comfortable and it was well equipped with all the kitchen appliances you would want. Our only recommendation would be to stock small bars of bath soap and shampoo or let future travelers know they need to bring their own. We were used to these items being included at past VRBO rental properties. One other thing...garbage pick up was really noisy early Saturday morning.

Owner: I'm posting my review and by the owners rudeness towards others with a less than perfect review and his very rude ( lol - Go for it! - Ok Karen! )responses to me in his texts...which I still have, he will deny everything. His only claim is that I just want my money back and that I am making things up. I have full photo proof of this place and 2 friends that came with to confirm this is an honest and truthful review. Property: This property is not at all as described and pictured. The pictures you see when booking is from 2017. It's cleaned but not clean. The air quality was so bad I had an asthma attack in less than 10 minutes of walking in the front door. I had my inhaler with me but it was in my luggage, I have not used an inhaler in 9 years...so it's not like it's a common thing and just me. My cousin with no allergies started coughing also. The blinds were electric and broken so you could not even move them aside, up or down to walk out onto the patio, you had to duck under them. The grill had a faded "out of order" sign, so you know it's been out of order for some time, the deck was a mess with cleaning products, brooms and mops piled in the corner, the patio furniture is old and faded with stains all over the cushions...nothing like the pictures posted on ad. The house had broken furniture (pictures) and very cheap furniture. It was not a place anyone would be comfortable staying in let alone have a good time while there. We walked in, took a lot of pictures, which it's a shame that VRBO does not allow visitors to post their pictures, while we were trying to book a hotel to check into to get out of this place. I called the owner Chris (by the way, his profile picture is also fake, or very old) and he said if I have asthma that's my problem, I have not had any problems with my asthma in 9 years...until I walked into this place. The place was NOT AT ALL like the pictures. I only gave it a star because I had to. Check in was easy, getting out and getting our money back was not. The owner offered a third of our money back for 15 minutes, which is fine. Also we are supposed to get the damage deposit back. A week later the money was still not in my account. I contacted VRBO to file a complaint and because of that Chris the owner texted me very combative and rude messages (I still have them) and said he will no longer give me any money back because I filed a complaint. I would recommend you run from this place.

Excellent condo

We had a wonderful time in AZ staying at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the little things such as a step stool (helpful for the 3 year old to reach the sink), food storage bags, and ice packs to pack our lunch for the day. The condo is beautiful and well organized. The patio is wonderful. Excellent location to everything we wanted to do. Also easy access to running trails. The only negative is that it is in the heart of it all so the road noise was a bit loud- but- location, location, location! Would definitely return!

Awesome stay!

We loved the condos decor and atmosphere. It was very trendy and a cool place to hangout. Check-in was organized and included lots of detail on recommendations in the area and how to use devices in the condo. The location is close to everything and within walking distance to some great restaurants! Most importantly, Chris was awesome to work with and very responsive! Highly recommend!

Unfortunate timing but still good

The most important quality for me is cleanliness, and this property delivers. Bed was comfy, living room furniture was not. The owner was very accessible when needed. A bummer one of the toilets didn't work, but this happened right before we arrived. Overall our stay was good.
