Big house

The house was perfect. Good space and four! bedroom! The pool was awesome! Perfect for a short stay. The garden is not for kids but have potential to be real nice. Close to Walmart and 7 eleven. 30-40 min to Kennedy space center. Thanks again!

Review -

very clean and enjoyed the pool. Decor a little dated .We r used to a towel service- Could have used new towels. Beds comfortable . Would suggest xtra blankets and throws new pillows on the couch as well , kithchen pretty well supplied although could not find any scissors. Would also suggest take out menu's or info on attractions/beaches /shops in the area . Beach chairs dated . Plenty of room in each bedroom and quick response from owner, Overall nice place

Great family place!

Our family really enjoyed this property! The kitchen is well stocked, furniture is comfortable, pool and patio are well maintained, plenty of space inside! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed

It was one of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed, which I appreciate. It was comfortable and felt like home away from home. I don’t cook while on vacation, but it did look like it had everything needed, if you do plan on cooking. The kids got to enjoy the pool one of the days we were there. For anyone wondering, March is still too cold for the pool. The temps drop down to the 50s at night. Which I took a gamble getting a house with a pool. I figured we wouldn’t be able to use it much. But the kids loved the time they had in it, even though it was chilly. The beds weren’t my favorite, but I don’t like memory foam. But the sheets were clean and my kids each had their own beds, so i appreciate that. There was plenty of seating on the couches for my family of 5. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

This was the perfect location to stay while visiting family in the area. It was super close to shopping and restaurants. The pool was also a great plus!

Nice but some updates could make it better

A very clean house with nice comfortable beds and decent bathrooms. The pool was fine but backyard furniture and grill need to be updated.

Melbourne Trip

Excellent location for everything we wanted to see in the Melbourne/Florida east coast area. Only a hour to Universal. Wasn't sure about the safety of the neighborhood, we heard people fighting and gunshots on 2 different nights. House was ok, we were there for the pool and that was great. Yard had a lot of weed over growth and down palm leaves. Barbed wire fence in the back yard to what looked like a business next door.. House needs better kitchen utensils for cooking. All non stick was scratched and plastic spatulas melted. There was not enough hot water to take a bath, it ran out before tub was half full. Not a horrible place, we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay for the whole family

My family and I came into town for a wedding and the place was perfect. To get ready and to rest. The host was very responsive and communicated any necessary updates. We would definitely stay here again.

I originally purchased this home because of the proximity to the beach and peaceful neighborhood. It's also conveniently within a 1-hour drive from Orlando and close to local attractions.
