The well equipped kitchen includes a microwave, air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker, Keurig and many other items you might need to whip up delicious meals, which you can enjoy at the kitchen counter, dining area or take out to the screened lanai.

The true highlight of this home is the fantastic outdoor space. Dive into the private swimming pool, perfect for refreshing dips on warm days or leisurely evening swims. We had a fabulous stay! My family needed a home base to be close to my in-laws who live in Palm Bay, this place delivered! It is clean, well appointed and a very convenient location to the highway, shops, restaurants etc. and Carolyn was a delight to work with. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the pool is now under an awesome screened enclosure. This allowed for bug free days and evenings. We definitely look forward to future visits!

We had a two week stay at this very comfortable home. It was in a quiet family neighborhood with lots of privacy in the fenced in back yard. Carolyn our host was accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The home was well equipped with anything you may need. There were many great amenities that included a beautiful in-ground pool with a lovely pool deck and lanai. In addition to the waterfall combination shower in the master bathroom that was wonderful! PROSInside of house is great. Comfortable and homey. On suite bathroom very small but good shower. Pool is pretty and screened in lanai nice. Plenty of pool floats. Garage space for one vehicle. Drive to beach easy and traffic not bad. Close to lots of dining, shopping and airportExcellent communications with host. Most of our concerns were addressed CONSPool not heated so it was pretty much unusable in march. If you are going in summer it would be fine. Blackstone grill unusable. Ignition switch not working. It would be nice to have a regular gas grill. Outside of house is very untidy. No lawn work was done our entire month we stayed. Weeds very tall throughout most of yard. Host was informed of our concern. RENTERS BEWARE. Owner has undisclosed camera on premise. There is a ring door bell and a camera in screened in sitting area. This is as of 4/1 /26. Owner needs to disclose these on listing. Overall this is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood about a 25-30 minute drive to beach.

Thank you for the review. With us still being in our first year, we have definitely had a lot to learn and are working through the kink as they arise. Our first priority was the enclosure which was installed in Dec 2025. Next is the pool heater which will be installed this year. I'm not sure what is going on with the Blackstone but will have it looked at. I had no idea the lawn wasn't being maintained until you brought it to my attention. I spoke to the lawn service and finally got to the bottom of it and he assured me it would never happen again without my knowledge. As for the cameras, the disclosure can be found under the safety and emergency section of the listing. I appreciated all your guidance and suggestions, as we strive to make this home our little piece of paradise.

We came from out of town to visit family and rented the property for two nights. We were barely at the house as we spent most of our time out with our family members, but paid a good amount to ensure we had a nice, comfortable place to sleep and though we come to the area often to visit our family, the other places we’ve stayed before were booked. The house itself was nice, but the experience not so much. It took over an hour to get in the house because the code wasn’t working and the host wasn’t available. We called Vrbo and they took care of the problem. The host later called to apologize and was shocked that Vrbo was able to access the code for us to get in. We followed the directions at check out and left by 9am. We later received a text from the host stating that the cleaning person told them there was a table missing from one of the rooms and the host asked if we knew what happened to it, which strongly felt as an accusation. We have never had issues like this with any of our other Vrbo stays and I’m not one to ever leave reviews- but this definitely warranted one.

I am so sorry you had a bad experience. The code worked when it was tested before your arrival so I was shocked to hear that your party couldn't get in. Unfortunately I was out of town at an event and didn't have my phone on me but called you as soon as I saw you message. Since the door has a key pad and the codes are changed manually, I was surprised that VRBO had a code but was very grateful they were able to assist. As for the table inquiry, my cleaning people send me pictures after every clean and it was in the one they sent me on Friday morning after they cleaned but not there this morning, so I was inquiring if something had happened to it during your stay? I also explained that it wasn't a big deal, it was just strange. I am sorry that it offended you, that was not my intension.

This was an excellent choice for our stay. The house had everything we needed and was convenient to nearby stores and restaurants. Pool was great with plenty of floats, etc. to enjoy and the backyard set up was perfect for spending the day by the pool. The young kids enjoyed the toys that were available for them to play with both inside and outside. We were very glad we selected this place.

The host is absolutely amazing, kind and took care of my concerns. Was always available if needed. My biggest issue was the door frames to get into the bathrooms. Especially the beautiful walk-in shower bathroom. It may have been the smallest bathroom I have ever been in. The door frame was one of the smallest like something you would expect in an RV. Granted everything was clean, but if you are a large person or in our case have a family member in a wheelchair or walker this is a huge problem. The hallway bathroom door frame a is not even the standard size to fit the width of a walker. The host said she was going to be putting TVs into the other rooms witch will be a great addition.Very clean, and the property has everything you could need for your stay. Other than the small bathrooms it is perfect. The host even offered her own items and sent items for things that was not stocked, no fault of hers at all but the cleaning crew. The host was so quick to resolve anything. Beautiful home, amazing pool and so many fun additions to keep your family making memories

Fantastic property! My 1 yr old Great Nephew had just as good a time as the adults. We had all the comforts of home plus, plus. Carolyn's son helped with a small code issue but everything else was absolutely perfect! The house was very comfortable, the pool was warm and inviting, we had games and toys for everyone. It's in a fantastic area and convenient to everything you could want or need. Couldn't ask for anything more. We will absolutely consider renting this property if available on our next trip to Palm Bay! We left lots of laughter & love for the next guests. Thank you Carolyn!!
