In a great location to the beach an local stores. Property manager was quick to answer any questions I had pryer to our stay.

The condo was very nice and clean! It was very roomy for a large family. We enjoyed everything about it; highly recommend!

The A/C in our condo was broke for the first 2 days. Hotel staff was rude.

There is not enough parking at Phoenix VI. We had a group of 10 people and were only allowed 2 parking passes. My vehicle had to be parked 4 miles away in a gravel pit! The air conditioning was not working in unit for 2 days and when we contacted front desk they were rude about how many times we called. Poor customer service!

Great vacation experience

My family and I loved our stay at this property. Our condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing!!!b The property amenities were great as well. Check in was fast and easy and the staff was very courteous and helpful. We look forward to our next stay at Phoenix 6!
