Settle into this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in downtown Grand Haven. This industrial style condo located in the popular old piano factory is well-suited for group getaways, family vacations and weekend retreats.
For the first floor, it offers a garage with bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, and a cooler. Inside you’ll find a queen size murphy bed and a hang out space with storage, seating, and a TV. Heading up to the 2nd floor you’ll find the master suite with a king bed, large walk-in closet and ensuite bath. The second floor also includes the 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and a twin murphy bed in one room along with access to another full-size bathroom with tub. Heading up to the top floor (3rd floor) is the open concept living room/kitchen and dining area. The kitchen offers everything needed for a comfortable meal, large pantry storage. Full laundry and necessary supplies are off the kitchen as well as a half bath. There is also a coffee/bar with refrigerator, that is stocked will all coffee amenities.
Both the 2nd level and 3rd level have wrap around private patios with views of the Channel and Dewey Hill. Great for watching the Musical Fountain/Fireworks, having a cup of coffee in the morning or happy hour cocktails.
This condo is equipped with Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. Parking is available in the driveway and the marked parking spot. You'll appreciate that all restaurants, boardwalk and Chinook Pier are within easy walking distance. A day at the Grand Haven State Park Beach is only a short drive or walk away.

Ride bikes to see the sights or use the beach wagon for a day at the Grand Haven City beach bringing chairs and the umbrella. Many restaurants, bars and shops are safely within walking distance to the property.
