On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Spectacular views

I just love to walk into a condo and see that it is well cared for and has a fresh coat of paint. I loved the decor and of course the view was spectacular! Enjoyed our stay very much.

Good last minute getaway spot

went for a spur of the moment getaway. Decent location. A little crowded because of the holiday but still pleasant. Only problem was incorrect navigation on the app, but that was easily corrected.

Perfect residency for a couples week long vacation. The condo was well kept, clean and comfortable. We utilized the balcony with its panoramic view and the immersed feel of being "on the beach" just sitting on the balcony. Mother nature caused some problems with beach activity, but the quick access to the beach allowed for memorial moments given the circumstances. The pool had an easy and secure access to cool off and was an active area with families with children. Located in between Pensacola and Gulf Shores, gave a lot of options for great food and a plethora of activities, besides being beach bums. (Nothing wrong with that either ). Checking in was interesting. The unfamiliarity with area caused a small problem after 5:00pm, having to go to another building. Once we reached the front desk, check-in was a breeze and professional. I recommend pre-check in for the unit and parking pass, makes things go a lot easier. I would recommend this condo for anybody wanting a nice get-away and a beach vibe.
