This beautiful contemporary condo was recently completely Remodeled.
It has an open floor plan with two primary bedroom suites with their own TVs on each side of the open kitchen and living area. This North Scottsdale vacation rental condo is a one-of-a-kind home away from home all on one level, no inside steps.

Our 1,100 Sq. Ft. ground floor condo has new custom travertine tile thru out the condo. Our kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops. The living room has a handsome Dark grey sectional, 55" LED HD Smart TV.
We have Fast 5G Wi-Fi thru out the condo.
We have a dedicated desk space.
The new full-size Washer and Dryer are located in the condo.
We have ceiling fans in every room for your added convenience with the central air conditioning.

We use keyless entry.

The complex is secure and gated. The clubhouse contains a business center with computers, fax machine and printer. There is a fitness center. There are 2 heated pools and a hot tub and a putting green. Four gas BBQ grills by the pool, with poolside dining areas.

We are a 10-minute walk to the Kierland Commons and the new Scottsdale Quarter shopping and dining centers.
The Kierland Golf Course is also within walking distance.
There are 45 golf courses within 10 miles of your condo and 162 courses in the Phoenix valley to choose from.

Great condo in a great location. Alex is an attentive owner who looks after the property meticulously. It’s well stocked with amenities and details and instructions are personally provided. The pool and exercise facilities are excellent. Good security.

Great 2BR condo with everything you need. Hosts are very attentive and responsive. Close to all kinds of entertainment. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pool is awesome!

Wonderful place to spend time!

We were very happy with this condo. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished, and just so very comfortable . We enjoyed our stay here very much. The amenities in the condo, as well as, the community itself, were wonderful. The location is great, close to Kierland shopping, and centrally located for many golf courses. We highly recommend this condo unit.

Stay at Plaza Residences.

Our stay at the Plaza Residences was great. We were here for my husband’s surgery at Mayo Clinic and it made his recovery so much easier to be in a home setting. Our condo was fully equipped and very clean.. we really appreciate the communication with the owner. It was comforting to know they worked with us to extend our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location.

Alex was on the phone with us as soon as we came through the gate, talking us directly to our unit. Condo is steps from pool and workout room. The area has many wonderful restaurants and bars. Short drive to several mountains for hiking, golf courses and Old Town Scottsdale. Could not have been a better location. Unit is modern and spotless.

Excellent accommodations

The condo, resort amenities and the location was excellent. Everything in the condo was great quality for example the beds, living room furniture etc. It had everything required for out stay. The condo was very close to the pool and the BBQs which was nice. We really enjoyed the pool area. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We didn’t require anything but felt if we did the host would be on it right away given our communication with him. We have stayed in many rented properties and by far this was the nicest and most comfortable! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Scottsdale Splendor!

Wonderful, updated, impeccably furnished condo! Two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Plus, the guest bath is attached to the 2nd bedroom - so really you have 2 master bdrms! Fantastic location for anything you want to do, shopping, golfing, biking, hiking and swimming. Close to Kierland Common shopping/restaurants area. Easy access to freeways. Kitchen has everything you need and TV's in both bdrms and family room. . . a fantastic condo.

Rehabilitation heaven

We stayed in Scottsdale for 6 weeks after my husband had total knee replacement at Mayo. This condo was perfect. We were close to the hospital and physical therapy. There were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. As my husband’s mobility improved we were able to walk to Kierland Commons. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable when away from home. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Parking was always available. The local neighborhood was beautiful for walking. Alex was an amazing host. He made us feel very welcome. We would definitely return if we ever need to stay long term in Scottsdale!

FABULOUS!!!!

We recently stayed a week in this condo. We have stayed in other condos many times in Phoenix and by far this was our best experience. Alex was so great to help with our arrival - even though it was on Christmas Day. His food recommendations were also great. We had wonderful food and even returned to one of his suggestions for a second time. All of his restaurant suggestions were awesome. The condo was really equipped with everything we need to be comfortable. The kitchen was set-up complete with pans, dishes, etc - which was really a nice treat. The unit was spotless (and I am really fussy) and quiet. The grounds were well kept and the pool was wonderful. We can't wait to go back - and we will.

My husband and I recently spent a month in this lovely condo. Alex and Michelle were gracious hosts and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. They graciously allowed us to come a day early in order to avoid the Superbowl traffic, all at no charge! The condo was spotless and as well supplied as a 5 star hotel. The location couldn't be better; a very short walk and you are in the midst of everything you could imagine. We walked to dinner, a movie, and tons of shopping. It is also close to many wonderful golf courses. The internet and television services were excellent and the kitchen is extremely well appointed. We especially enjoyed a door code unique to us, eliminating the need for a key. The condo is located in a complex that is attractive and well maintained. The pictures do not do it justice. Thanks Alex and Michelle for a wonderful home away from home.

Perfect location, comfy, cozy and safe space for recovery---or fun!

Two physicians go to Phoenix for a transplant at a world class transplant center, and through great stroke of luck find a wonderful one level condo along with its (remote but) unbelievably helpful and friendly host, Alex. The Plaza Res "suite" had everything we needed, and more. Comfortable and well equipped with everything in great working order. Any issues at all, and Alex was there for us. Perfect for getting back and forth to multiple, frequent followup appointments (9 minutes from Mayo), near to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, has nearby parking, a well equipped nearly adjacent place to exercise and a pool (which alas we couldn't use, but looked as though it would have been nice at a cooler time of year). Alex also dispensed lots of personal suggestions and information for day trips and museums, and kept up-to-date things like menus from nearby restaurants. Speaking of which the condo is also 10 minutes from the best museum we have visited in the entire world--(and we've been all over)-- the Musical Instrument Museum. MIM alone is worth a trip to Phoenix! Couldn't recommend this place more highly to anyone looking for a homelike and safe environment in which to recover---or recreate.

Beautiful Scottsdale Condo, Great Location, Exceptional Owner Hospitality

Thank you Michele and Alex for your long distance hospitality. From the moment we made contact with you on VRBO, you were extremely attentive to all our needs and began sending us information on the condo, places to dine and shop ~ most within walking distance from the condo. Although our stay was for medical reasons, your condo was our "home-away-from-home" for a month. The condo was immaculate, the decor was tastefully done and so warm and cozy with a kitchen that was completely stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The lush grounds were well maintained, pools were nice to cool off in, and having access to a nice clubhouse with a business center, pool table, fitness center, theater room - were all extra amenities we utilized often. Also very close were the Mayo Clinic, grocery stores, gas stations, great restaurants (too many to mention ~ but a few we tried: Choloe's Corner, Oceans Club, Perk, Sauce, Cheesecake Factory, Tommy Bahama's, In-and-out-Burger, and the list goes on). We can't say enough about our stay in the condo. Should we return for a vacation or to revisit the Mayo Clinic, we would definitely stay in your condo. You were fantastic hosts. PERFECT

This two bedroom condo was perfect for my wife and me. It is a short 2 block walk to Kierland Commons, our favorite shopping and eating area in all of metro Phoenix. The condo complex the condo is in was being cleaned daily by a friendly and expert team. We met several of the full time residents, who were delightful to talk to and who gave us some helpful tips to enhance our stay. Our bed was among the most comfortable we have experienced. We enjoyed the brand new living room sectional sofa and big screen Smart TV. The second bedroom had a desk in it that we used as a computer desk and a place to read books. A surprisingly well stocked library of contemporary books gave my wife and me a chance to read several of our favorite authors during our stay, as well as guide books to help us plan our hikes. Both before and during our stay, the owner, Alex, was very attentive to our questions and our needs. He made all the paper work and check in process very easy. One time my wife suggested to Alex that he may want to get some of his knives sharpened. The next day a complete set of steak and carving knives arrived via Amazon. This condo is a great find in an ideal location.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

We had a great time in Scottsdale at the Plaza Residences. Our unit was comfortable and well appointed. The property is conveniently located close to world class shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities. The owners are very professional and made the rental process seamless and efficient.

Another Wonderful Stay

We just finished another very enjoyable stay in this condo. It is updated, clean and has all the cooking utensils that you will need for your stay. A short walk to the pool without the noise from the pool. The owners are always very easy to work with. Get ready, we are coming back again next year.

Another Great Stay!

This was our second stay at this gorgeous condo, and we have already reserved our third! When we arrived it felt like we were home again. Everything is perfect and Alex and Michelle made some nice upgrades to the unit. It is so close to all the shopping and restaurants, you don't have to drive far to get anything you might need. Great condo

This is a clean, fully renovated condo. The location is ideal for shopping and access to many nice restaurants. Very short walk to the clubhouse which had nice pool and workout facilities. Highly recommend!
