No expense was spared in creating this 3/2 home away from home in Downtown St. Augustine. This phenomenal house features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed, perfect for families or friends looking for a cozy retreat. The backyard is an absolute dream. Spending time watching tv at the outdoor bar, playing golf, or partaking in a game of bocce ball on our 40-ft court will make it hard to leave the house! The 10-20 minute walk to downtown St Augustine is lovely!
The neighborhood of Lincolnville is very safe and quiet with beautiful tree lined streets, a coffee shop around the corner from the home, and history all around you! The beach is only a short drive over bridge. We've thought of all the details to makeyour stay unforgettable.

Stay was great a little bit farther of a walk to downtown than expected but the house beautiful. The activities at the home were fun we had a great time playing bocce ball in the back yard and grilling while there.

Lisa's place is super clean, comfortable, and a convenient half a mile walk to the heart of downtown St. Augustine. The back yard is great with putt-putt, bocce ball, and seating (I would recommend using the provided bug spray). We also enjoyed the screened in front porch. This is an old neighborhood and is going through some gentrification. There are some nice homes (like this one) and some in dire need of TLC. Note for those with family members with mobility issues, this property has four or five stairs at both entries. And there is not a dishwasher. Lisa is eager and willing to help and provide recommendations.

Amazing place!!! A lot of love and care obviously went into the renovations. Inside everything was updated and very comfortable. The outside space is phenomenal. Incredible. What a cute house! We had two nights to visit St. Augustine for the first time. The area was safe and walking distance to town. This house is fresh & new. Backyard was fun! There are some mosquitoes, bring the bug spray.Our host was excellent. Quick communication & kind enough to let us know the house was ready early. Beds were great. A little coffee supply provided was a nice touch!!

We bought this home as a second home for the family. We spared no expense with the bedding, flooring, quartz counters, etc.

Why they chose this property

Lincolnville is a beautiful historic neighborhood within walking distance of downtown but far enough where you will get an amazing night sleep. The stars burn bright at night and you can even hear an occasional owl.

What makes this property unique

Although this home is newly built, it still feels very historic. The interior design is absolutely gorgeous incorporating a southern breezy bohemian cottage feel. The backyard is spectacular.
