This beautiful Property is on 5 acres in Black Forest, which is surrounded by ponderosa mpine trees. Entrance through our private gate, and then down a long beautiful driveway. Take it slow as you may spot the amazing wildlife like elk, deer and turkey.

Although it looks like your miles from anything you will be only two minutes from anything off north Powers Blvd, and only 10 minutes from the North and South gates of the Air Force Academy.

We have a private entrance for our guests with a lock box (see check in) Your private space is also closed off from our upstairs by door and lock.

Your hosts do it all on their own, they clean and set up each guest visit with their personal loving care. There are no hired cleaners at this BnB. They take their time to make each room pristine, cozy and welcoming. Every visit is specialized and thoughtfully set up to create a very unique experience. Lorrie and Mike love to host and it shows. You will have everything you want in your stay and much more.

We only have one other neighbor on our very long quiet driveway.
Aside from your own outside space with private patio, we have outdoor activities such as soaking in our large hot tub that seats up to 7 located right outside your private patio, a basketball hoop and playground equipment w/ tree swing. Plus we have a sitting area with fire pit. (See instructions for fire safety due to dry conditions often experienced in Colorado).
Your patio will be great for enjoying your morning coffee or for an afternoon glass of wine.
Occasionally you will see elk, deer, turkeys, owls and birds stroll past, we have even seen moose on our property.

Please don’t worry about regular family noise! We have a large family and once upon a time had 6 young people growing in our home! They are all grown now, but we still are a loud family!! You are very welcomed here. We are very laid back people and enjoying blessing guests.
We are really good about late check out times as long as we do not have another reservation coming in, just message us for availability.

Wildlife are spotted on our property from wild turkey, bobcat, white tail and mule deer, elk, moose, an occasional bear and coyote.

If you have children, please do not leave them unattended on the property, supervise at all times as again, there are dangers such as wildlife, hills, creek bed and barbed wire in places. Our property is not enclosed by a fence.

We do not have an oven or stove. We have a grill, a microwave that is also an air fryer and convection and an X-Large insta pot/crock pot and a stand alone air fryer.
We have a large fridge with freezer, dish washer and a lot of counter space with a full stocked coffee bar.

We have many amenities, that are two numerous count. Some of them consist of: a lot of extra towels underneath the sinks and in the closets. all of our closets are walk-in closets and are located in 3 of the bedrooms. They are fully stocked with blankets, linens, extra pillows, fans, heaters, extra toilet paper, and tissues.
Our bathrooms are fully stocked with amenities to get you started such as hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, extra toothbrushes with toothpaste, extra razors, lotion, hand towels and washcloths. In the large bathroom we also have the a hairdryer, women’s menstrual supplies, bug spray, first aid kit, static spray, sunscreen, and other necessities you may need to get you started.
In the kitchen we have a full coffee bar that includes Starbucks coffee, Keurig/brewed coffee maker combo, creamers, sugar, hot teas, kerig pods and Ice in the freezer. In the fridge we have butter, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salad dressing and water bottles. In the cupboards we have spices, cooking oils, cooking sprays, aluminum pans, foil, baggies, medication packets like motrine, pepto, etc.
We have a lot more that are just too many to list. But we do recommend you come and look first before going to the grocery store to stock up.

We always leave several small treats and blessings for our guests. So upon your arrival you feel very welcomed.
