Twin Bunkbed Bedroom: Equipped with three twin beds, ample floor space, and a built-in desk.

Queen Bedroom: Includes twin bunkbeds and a twin trundle bed.

Second King Master Bedroom: Offers a twin futon, a built-in fireplace, and a walk-out into the backyard.

The garage game room is a treasure trove, featuring a ping pong table, shuffleboard, a large Smart TV, and a futon for additional relaxation. Ideal for family game nights or friendly competitions with friends.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half-hour late.



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🏓 Pickleball Court: The pickleball court is seasonal—open for play most of the year, but it won’t be cleared of snow during the winter months.



🏠 Entire Palace: You get the ENTIRE palace to yourself! On over 1/2 acre of land, you'll have the perfect base camp for your group!
