The home was very clean and comfortable. Communication was very clear and helpful. All of the systems were easy to use. There were several little extras that made us feel very welcome. It's definitely a place we will check for availability if we are in the area again.

It is a cute and cozy place. This place met all my expectations. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of linens and towels. I appreciated the K-cups for the coffee and the creamer available because I forgot to bring my own. Thank you! They guys raided the snacks available. One of my sons bought steaks and grill worked for him. We all recommend and would stay there again. Also, restaurants , coffee shops, and souvenir shops all within walking distance.

This place was great! Lots of room for 4 of us & the beds were very comfortable. There were general supplies provided such as coffee & snacks which was lovely. Location was in a quiet neighborhood close to a grocery store & the old district. Communication was quick & friendly. Would recommend this location to others!

Perfect Spot!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay in Colorado Springs. There were 4 adults, so we each had a bedroom. Beds were very comfortable with soft sheets & warm blankets. Both bathrooms had shower gel, shampoo & conditioner available with enough towels for everyone plus more. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well equipped for whatever your needs were. Appreciated both a Keurig and a coffee pot, and coffee / creamers provided. Location was great with a grocery store close by as well as lots a great restaurants & things to do. We were there for the purpose of hiking & had plenty to do. They were also very quick to respond to any requests & very easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

we are a family of 5 and we all loved staying there. The owner's daughter, kayla was very attentive and always accessible when we have questions. The house was very neat and clean, welcome complimentary snacks/treats/goddies, hot beverages and condiments were provided. It exceeded our expectation

Very quiet neighborhood. Convenient to everything. House is older but well maintained and loved that they younger adults and kids had their own separate space. The basement had 2 bedrooms, bath and their own living area. We had deer visit every morning and evening.

Great location

We really enjoyed the location of this house. The neighborhood is very cute and it’s also close to OCC. It was clean and well appointed. The extra supplies and snacks provided by the host were appreciated.

We found this home was very crowded for the seven of us. The kitchen has a portable dishwasher, the kitchen table was in a corner and was basically not usable to sit at. Not enough skillets to use on the old stove. The upstairs bathroom had no toilet lid. No curtains on the windows, there were blinds. One of the bedroom doors kept getting stuck and was hard to open. The downstairs basement had two bedrooms and a family room, but it was so cold. The grass needing mowing. One a positive note, the house was very clean and the amenities were great. A lot of snacks, coffee, tea, etc.

What a GREAT stay!

This home is a great mix of 1950's nostalgia and modern updates. It was incredibly clean and well maintained. It worked perfectly for our group, great location. Within walking distance for Territory Days! Absolutely loved our stay here!!

Great Location, comfortable stay!

Very comfortable house, had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, able to walk to restaurants and shops. We really appreciated the extras-coffee,snacks, cooking basics and soap and shampoo. Easy check in. Close to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, great hiking in the mountains!Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Comfortable place near Garden of the Gods

This was a great place in a wonderful location. There was room enough for 8 full grown people and 2 small children. The kids played in the back yard and everyone was able to stroll the neighborhood. We actually walked to Garden of the Gods one morning, though a drive would have been a better option. The place is also close to the Red Rock area. I would consider staying here again if the opportunity arises.
