¡Tus vacaciones familiares comienzan aquí! Little Silver Hart Cottage es una casa de dos habitaciones y un baño que puede alojar a 6 personas con una cama plegable en el sofá ubicado en la sala de estar de la planta baja. Puede despertarse al amanecer de la mañana con vista al lago con una taza de café en el porche cubierto, o pasar días en la playa de arena y disfrutar del lago en kayak, pescar o usar el bote de remos para cuatro personas. Estamos en Hart Lake (también conocido como Little Silver Lake). Tiene profundidad gradual por lo que es ideal para los niños. Disfrute de los fuegos de la noche (madera incluida) haciendo que los recuerdos de la familia "S'more" alrededor del fogón apedreado. Manistee National Forest está justo al final de la carretera para practicar senderismo, motos de nieve o vehículos todo terreno. La cabaña tiene una ubicación central para aquellos que deseen visitar la Aventura de Michigan en Cedar Point, el complejo de deportes de invierno Muskegon para disfrutar del famoso LUGE, o patinaje sobre hielo, raquetas de nieve y esquí de fondo a través de senderos. Perfect place for a quiet and relaxing long weekend. Plenty of things to do at the lake house and lots of option within 1/2 hour drive. The house was set up perfectly and easy to manage with labels on cupboards and light switches. The little details like this are great. Would recommend booking a stay here.

Randy and Cindy, we can’t thank you enough for the great communication prior to our arrival and your thoughtfulness. Your home has such a relaxing vibe - just what we needed. The screened in porch with the gentle breeze made it a perfect place to enjoy the evening. We also had fun playing foosball and would definitely choose to stay again when we’re in the area.

Very cute property! Host was very responsive and kind. Kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils. Really nice selection of stuff for the kids (toys, coloring, games, foosball). Deck is beautiful with a great grill area. Scenery is lovely with lots of cool turtles, fish and birds. It's more of a natural lake beach (as described!) but the kids had fun wading out and fishing off the dock. They do a nice job of keeping the sand clean. Close to Michigan Adventure

The place was great, better than the pictures showed. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and everything you need for cooking. The communication with the host was very responsive. The neighbors were very friendly.

We had an excellent time. The house fit our family of 5 comfortably, and the outdoor space was more than adequate. The lake is clean, and plenty warm for swimming.

Great home with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Clean, homey, tons of games for the kids. The lake is nice for fishing , kayaking, floating. Friendly neighbbors!

Michigan Getaway

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The home was so clean and had everything that we needed. There was only me and a friend, but this home has so many different areas that it would be great for many visitors. I loved the decor, and Cindy was so helpful when I asked questions while setting the reservation. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. 10/10!!!

Great Stay

This was a great house for a lake getaway. The house is well appointed. The host was very responsive in communication and we had no issues with our stay. The sunporch and deck are great places to hang out and the sandy beach was great for my preschooler to play. It was nice to have the paddle boat to go out onto the lake. The house was very clean and had small touches that were great like beach towels, a snack basket, and lots of sand toys. There were great instructions on how to use everything in the house and it was wonderful to have the kitchen cabinets labeled. The upstairs is on the smaller side so the rooms are very close together. This worked great with our family and we could go downstairs when the kids were asleep so we didn’t wake them. The location is nice to get to several areas of Lake Michigan to explore. Overall, a great house and a great stay.

Wonderful getaway

Our family had such a wonderful time! It is so cozy with easy access to the lake where our kids spent every sunny moment playing in the water and sand. They have such a cute selection of toys and games for the kiddos. Amazing views of the lake from the deck and upper screened in porch. It was exactly what we were looking for :)

Lovely, peaceful getaway.

Really gave us what we wanted, a beautiful setting right on a pretty lake, not as far a drive as up north from Detroit so we could make it a shorter trip but still have a wonderful time swimming and relaxing. Enjoyed the hummingbirds flitting about and a beautiful blue heron. Kayaked and swam, and enjoyed Cindy’s courtesy which we had a number of opportunities to need since I fumbled a bit with the lease agreement and left some important things behind which she notified me about fast enough for us to turn around and pick up. Thanks!

Great Getaway Cottage

We had a great stay at Little Silver Hart Cottage. We dropped our son off at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and decided to spend a few days vacationing with our daughter. This cottage provides a great place to relax and enjoy some outdoor life fishing and kayaking. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Cindy, the owner, was always available to answer any question we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Hidden Gem!

This wonderful home was perfect for our family of 5. The house was clean and well appointed. The kitchen and bedrooms were well stocked. Our hosts provided firewood for the firepit and use of the sporting equipment for the lake. We couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommended this home!

Quiet lake get away

Our stay was from Sunday through Friday. This lake was very peaceful during the week and small enough for paddle boating and kayaking. We loved watching the loons and sand hill cranes everyday. My husband liked fishing from his kayak. The cottage is neat and clean and well maintained. We had great communication with the host.

Our names are Randy and Cindy Peterson. My husband is retired and I am self-employed. We have 5 kids and 6 grandchildren. We grew up in the Muskegon area and enjoy our peaceful cottage when we can. We love working on projects together and making one of a kind pieces we hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Randy and I chose this cottage because we wanted a small house with a lakefront to enjoy when we retire. This property has unique benefits such as a 3-season room, a screened in porch to enjoy the views of the lake, wonderful neighbors and large deck.

Randy and I love staying here in our home! It is very peaceful here and enjoy watching and listening to the wild life that surrounds us. We also love that it has two floors to enjoy.
