We very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean. We used the table a lot for food and for games. If you plan to do so, bring something to wipe it down with. We used baby wipes, but would've preferred clorox wipes. We liked being close to the pool. Great communication with the hosts as well.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We’re glad you had a great stay and found the property very clean. It sounds like the table got plenty of use for both meals and games, which is always nice to hear when traveling with family or friends. We appreciate the helpful suggestion about having disinfecting wipes available for guests. We’ll share that with our team for consideration. We’re also happy you enjoyed being close to the pool and found communication with our team easy and responsive. Thanks again for sharing your experience. We’d love to welcome you back for another Branson stay!

Thanks for staying with us! I’m so glad you enjoyed the condo and the view overlooking the golf course. You’re always welcome back anytime you’re ready for another Ozarks getaway. Maybe next time you’ll catch the course in a different season. The views change quite a bit throughout the year.

Book it!

You will not be disappointed with this property. The hosts communicated so well from the very beginning. The checkin process was easy, expectations were clear, and checkout was not overwhelming. There was calming music playing as we walked in, it was clean and smelled nice. We had everything we needed in kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, linen closets, etc. It was a wonderful experience, and the price is unbeatable. We will definitely stay here again in the future. :) Thank you Grand Welcome!

Lovely condo. Beds were very comfy, no ceiling fans but stand fans were provided for use. Condo was spotless upon arrival. Amazing communication with the hosts. The deck was nice (the times it was cool enough to sit out there lol, late July is hot). The large couch provided ample room for everyone to sit comfortably, and the pull out portion was perfect as a bed for our toddler. Only slightest complaint and this is nitpicking, is the internet speed on the tv. It was a bit buffery. But overall lovely place. Check in / check out was a breeze. Loved the guide that was sent via text with all the info you could need.

We loved the property and used the indoor pool and hot tub. We have gone to many VRBOs and always in the past if no one had been there before, we could get in an hour earlier. When we reached out to the owner, he said we could get in for a price. Then he said they would reach out to housekeeping and maybe let us in an hour ahead. We arrived and sat outside in the hot sun waiting to hear, knowing that no one from housekeeping was there but did not give us the code until 10 minutes before check in time. However we left 3 hours before check out time, so it goes. So many positives about this place so it is too bad, this was a negative.
