• This home is a first-floor, walk-down unit with 14 steps required.

• This is a hypoallergenic property and strictly pet-free. The homeowners have severe allergies, so we kindly ask that no pets of any kind be brought into the home. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Passes will be provided at the gate upon arrival.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the front door and actively monitoring the main entrance area.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
