At Turtle Tracks, your group will enjoy both indoor and outdoor amenities. Take an easy 3 minute walk around the corner to the beach, or stay even closer to home and splash in the private pool. The shuffleboard court is a unique outdoor amenity that can satisfy the lawn game enthusiasts. Inside, the home is equipped with 5 comfortable bedrooms, ranging from master king bedrooms to bunk rooms and offering the perfect cozy spot for all ages.



The main living area is freshly painted and updated in a coastal style, reminding you every moment that you are on vacation at the beach. Enjoy meals together as a group, or grab a quick snack at the counter barstools. The chef of your group will be pleased with the stocked kitchen, making meal prep and cooking a breeze. With multi-level decks you can sip coffee in the salt air each morning - the best way to start your day!



For convenience, the home accommodates up to 5 cars in the driveway, and the outdoor shower makes it easy to keep the home comfortably sand-free during your stay.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**



Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a fee of $150

This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
