We did not stay in Lake Hayes Estate due to damage. Instead, we stayed at a hotel downtown that is owned and operated by the same owner. That hotel 3-bedroom suite was very nice.

A lovely place with very well-equipped wee kitchen. Good location for what we required. Pity the outside fireplace does not come with wood provided as this was a main point for booking but understand there were pictures but no mention of it being part of the booking. Did have some rubbish left under the bed from previous guest that wasn't cleaned away and this was noted to the owner who was following up with their cleaners. Otherwise, very nice wee home.
