You will receive your lockbox access information 3 days prior to your arrival.
We are available on call between 8am and 10pm during your stay for any issues. Otherwise you will be given complete privacy during your stay.
Alpine Village #4 is located within a large apartment complex along the lakefront side of Frankton Road, providing easy access to the walking track below the complex and plenty of parking options to make getting to and from your apartment easy.
Situated on a bus route, this apartment is perfectly located halfway between downtown Queenstown and Frankton Airport. Whether you're heading into town to explore Queenstown's vibrant cafes and shops or catching a flight, everything is just a short distance away. Get your local BEE card when you arrive and enjoy $2 buses in and out of Queenstown - or perhaps you prefer a leisurely stroll into town along the lakefront walking track (approximately 1 hour)
Please not that the split king ensuite room doesn't have an exterior window, but is great for light sleepers or guest that love a dark room and it is very quiet.
The garage is not big enough to fit a long or large SUV or double-cab Ute for example but can fit a regular car or smaller SUV. There is limited parking nearby if you car won't fit in the garage.

The map clearly identifies areas that are now designated NO Access due to adjacent development works, as well as the approved access routes that must be used at all times.
Please ensure the following:
The red-marked no-access areas shown on the map are not used under any circumstances for vehicle or pedestrian access.
All owners, tenants, visitors, short-term accommodation guests, contractors, and delivery drivers use only the approved access routes.
The no-access areas must not be used for parking, stopping, turning, drop-offs, loading, or unloading.
These restrictions are in place for safety reasons and to ensure compliance while development works are ongoing. Owners are asked to pass this information on to any tenants and guests occupying their unit.
