Our stay was great! A cute little side property that was perfect for our family. We encountered an issue but the host was helpful in sorting it out. It felt off the beaten path, but it a positive way. Serene setting and wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at HIGH TIDE. It was the perfect place to enjoy all Nantucket has to offer. We were a 10 min drive or 20-30 min bike ride from most destinations- Beaches, Sankaty Lighthouse, town. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or shopping in town. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook meals at home. The outdoor dining was the perfect for morning coffee and evening dinners. perhaps the best feature was an outdoor pool with seating. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Very easy check in process. Clean. And always available to communicate. A tad bit more clean up/check out responsibility then id expect. I.E. Start dishwasher, start washing machine. However, managable.It was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay on Nantucket. Beautiful property.

Terrific Stay in Tom Nevers

We just returned from a great stay at High Tides. The pictures gave a very accurate depiction of the property and the communication was flawless leading up to the stay. Check in was a breeze with a keypad lock and the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were well stocked. We have stayed in Tom Nevers before and really like the quiet location. I would highly recommend this property!

Family celebrating a 90th

Absolutely loved our stay at High Tide. The accommodations were clean, as advertised and had lots of amenities. Was the perfect set up for parents and their grown children. Really appreciated the proximity to Tom Nevers beach and this quiet part of the island.

Perfect for peace and privacy

If you’re looking for space and serenity - this is it. The back porch and yard was sunny and beautiful. The house was spacious and clean. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely. Everything was perfect!

Overall a great home with tons of bedrooms/bed space. Kitchen was very well setup with many utensils. Outdoor area was beautiful, grill just needs some work on the knobs. We found a work around and overall had a good stay.

Lovely home - our girls ran to Sconset most mornings. Golf nearby - tennis a couple of roads away. It is not in town but if you want to bike etc it is perfect .

Great house in great location

The house was great. It slept 6 adults and 2 babies very comfortably. The house is big and open but it’s very quiet and noise doesn’t travel far in it. The location was great, and close to everything. We were able to explore the entire island during our stay. We also saw deer every night on our way back home which we all thought was pretty cool. At night we made snacks and had wine around the kitchen table and in the living room. The open kitchen / living room has a great set up. Karen was very helpful and responsive from the time we booked all the way through our stay. We can’t wait to stay here again.

A great vacation at High Tide.

We recently spent a terrific week at the High Tide property. Just far enough off the beaten track in the Tom Nevers section of Nantucket to feel removed from the congestion of the town, but close enough to ride bikes in for lunch or some shopping. Also, the property was very close to 'Sconset and Tom Nevers beach. The property was the perfect size for our five person family (3 teenagers). Nice size bedrooms for everyone with two very large bathrooms. The kitchen was very well appointed and we found cooking meals to be very easy. A very nice back porch for eating outside in the evenings. We had a few rainy days during out stay, but the living room was large enough for all of us to lounge around and watch the olympics on the very comfortable couches. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys are all available if needed. Awesome outdoor shower for post beach clean-up. All-in-all, a great stay in a very nice property. Everything a family would need for an enjoyable vacation on Nantucket.

Peaceful & Relaxing off season getaway, I will return soon!

I couldn't wait to leave a review about my stay at Green Hollow. Traveling to Nantucket during the off season was the most relaxing trip of my life. Green Hollow is a lovely picturesque Nantucket home in the Tom Nevers neighborhood. The home is as shown, it is clean, cozy and feels like home. My favorite spot in the home is the King Bedroom on the second floor. As I laid back on my pillow, the stars and night sky through the large skylight were heavenly! I would highly recommend Green Hollow. I wish I didn't have to leave. Prior to booking, I had reservations about the shared driveway, however it did not in any way affect our stay. The other home looked so beautiful, that I have inquired with Karen about renting both for a large family gathering in the Fall.

High Tide was a comfortable house and just what we needed after our daughter's wedding. Had a refrigerator malfunction and Karen was super responsive and sent her manager over quickly and with ice. He was able to fix it within the day. Great work, T! Good location for us as well.
