Welcome to Unit 101 in Marina del Rey! The moment you walk through the door you will be excited to see a beautiful, well equipped and cared for ground floor condo with 2 Master bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The open concept plan is great for the perfect family vacation. Walk out the full wall glass doors onto the large terrace which is just steps to the pool. This unit comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, Weber BBQ, front load washer/dryer, large screen TV, WiFi and 3 zone air conditioning. Arrangements can be made for weekly maid service during your stay. Located on the Marina close to all amenities such as restaurants, shops, golf course and the beautiful beach at Fatima Bay. It is also very easy to secure transportation to other parts of the Riviera Maya and see the Ruins of Tulum, Zip line at Xplore, or snorkel at one of many Cenotes in the area. Take a taxi or local bus to Play Del Carmen and shop the famous 5th Avenue. Puerto Aventuras is a gated, safe community and very central to all activities in the Riviera Maya. Perfect Place for Family.

Well appointed condo with beautiful scenery and welcoming pool. Very comfortable. Hosts were always prompt with replies. Highly recommend this ground floor unit.

Great condo in convenient location. Vacationed with our two college age daughters for winter break. Condo was spacious, clean, and accommodating. Owner was great to work with for entry, scheduling, etc.

Excellent Stay!

Martín and Marilyn’s condo was absolutely wonderful. It is very spacious, well equipped and in a great location on the marina. The outdoor patio was especially nice and we used it quite often . We really enjoyed the proximity of the condo to the pool. It’s just steps away and very private.Communication with Martin was immediate and he was able to address the few concerns we had.I highly recommend this condo and would not hesitate to book again.

Nice getaway

We stayed at the condo between Christmas & New Years for 5 nights. The condo was as shown in the pictures. Internet was good in the family room area. Pool was nice & beach towels were provided. Restaurants were within walking distance. We rented a golf cart for a half day to explore other areas but not needed to get to restaurants & stores, etc.

Exceeded expectations.

Beautiful property on the marina. Very quiet location yet close enough to stores, restaurants,etc to walk. Private parking for a golf cart. With only 12 units in the building it felt more like a private residence than a condo. Much more spacious than appeared in the pictures. Have stayed in many VRBO and this one was, by far, the best appointed. Every amenity possible, and then some. Owners were always available to answer any questions. Every

The Condo was great, the location is wonderful, and the pool was fantastic. There were a few little things that happened , such as the micro wave popped the breaker when we used it, so we didn't. The toilet in the small bath needs adjusting as it ran longer than needed. The shower curtain hooks in the master bath have a good coat of rust inside the shower. Overall though a wonderful stay with some minor problems. Thanks to the Brocks for letting us use their place.

A Hidden Paradise in Mexico

Puerto Aventuras is a ‘must’ vacation destination on the Caribbean side of Mexico. It has beautiful beaches, golf course, easy walking distance to numerous excellent restaurants, souvenir shops, swimming with the dolphins, pickleball courts, close to Tulum and Playa del Carmen, snorkeling at Xel Ha, etc. The luxury 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom accommodation is well furnished with modern appliances, has a pool just steps from the back patio with well-maintained grounds, thanks to Lupe. The cleaning ladies, Yamile & her daughter, keep the interior spic and span. The owners, Martin & Marilyn, are very accommodating and are always available to answer any questions you may have. To get to Puerto Aventuras, we used Canadian Transfers who take you right to your accommodation. We highly recommend this resort in this little piece of paradise.

Great location and value!

This was our first stay in Puerto Aventuras and the unit and location were great. The unit is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The pool is nice and just steps from the patio. Kitchen has everything you need and local grocery store is only a few minutes away. But the Oxxo at the marina is close and stocked similar to a 7-11. The marina area is wonderful and a short walk right outside the back door. Lots of restaurants and stores. No need for a car unless you want to leave Puerto Aventuras. There is also a Dolphin Discovery at the Marina so you can participate or watch others interact with the dolphins, seals or manatees. The beach is very close. We, personally, loved the Nauti Burro and Aventuras Gelato (try the Nutella/banana crepe).

Truly a home away from home

Although the posted pictures of this property were excellent, they did not fully capture the cleanliness, spaciousness or attention to detail lavished by the owners. We were more than impressed with the completeness of linens, towels, kitchen appliances/utensils/dishes and glasses provided. All of the furnishings were of high quality, comfortable and well thought out. The grounds and pool were very well maintained and we spent the majority of our time on the spacious deck equipped with comfortable loungers, teak table and chairs and a Weber propane barbecue. We cannot recommend this property with less than an outstanding rating and heartfelt thanks to Martin and Marilyn for sharing this wonderful property with us.
