Everything was good except the hot water and the code was wrong so we had to call to get the code plus we got locked out btw the owner did come to bring the key a hour away

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the entry code and being locked out. As soon as we were notified, we made arrangements to get a key to you as quickly as possible, even late at night. Regarding the hot water, the camper is equipped with a working water heater, and instructions for operation are provided inside the camper. We have not experienced any ongoing issues with the hot water system, but we appreciate the feedback and will continue to ensure instructions are clear for future guests. Absolutely what we was looking for . Swimming , boating and peaceful all right on the edge of TN. river. Everything was available . Host was amazing. We will be returning again in the future..
