Downstairs: Large kitchen with pantry. The spacious eat-in kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to create your favorite meals. There is a full-sized refrigerator, microwave and oven, and dishwasher. We provide a starter pack of detergents, soap, paper towels, etc.

Powder room, two closets, and laundry are on the main floor.

Living room has a sofa, love seat, chairs. A Smart TV is connected for streaming and there is access to local television.

The living room opens to an enclosed backyard with patio and storage shed.

Upstairs: Two large bedrooms with queen beds, dressers, nightstands. Both have black out curtains for a good night's sleep. There is a shared full-size bathroom that can be entered by both bathrooms. The toilet and shower are enclosed separately. Both rooms have plenty of closet space. A desk is located in the front bedroom; in case you need to get some work done. Starter packs of soap and toilet paper are provided. All linens are included.

The home is centrally located in Newport News. It is very close to shopping, groceries, museums, restaurants, as well as hiking and biking trails.
